Ordered the #7.. It says it’s “spicy” but it was not at all. I am assuming the Jimmy peppers are what were supposed to be spicy. They put two on our sub. Not very much sauce/Mayo at all making it dry. I really like Jimmy John’s usually but this was disappointing. Very average for $21.

Little disappointed in the service today. Went in for lunch and it was slow. I was disappointed when I asked for a bag to carry my family’s sandwiches and the staff member threw a bag on the counter and pushed my sandwiches forward for me to bag. I would have considered helping if there were customers behind me and I wasn’t holding five bags of chips already.

I was starving and wanted Zoup, but it was closed for renovations, so I walked over to Jimmy John's. I've come to realize I just don't like Jimmy John's sandwiches. I don't like the hard bread. This will be my last visit to a Jimmy John's but not due to the service. The employees here were friendly and fast.Parking: Free parking with plenty of spaces.

We called ahead because our son has Celiac disease. The staff was incredibly accommodating, and the guy who took our call shared his own experience with celiac disease, and outlined the precautions they planned to take when preparing our order. We were very impressed by their accommodations, empathy, and efficiency in preparing our order. Highly recommend!!

My #10 sub was nearly empty of fillings. I switched from Subway to Jimmy John's for the same reason. My husband's #7 was just okay.I provided feedback several days ago to bit.ly/JJsFeedback and received no response.

Tiny sandwich's thought it was a mini jimmy, 6 workers standing around on their phones one cat called a girl customer as she walked out , we left no one said thanks or come again ,, whatever- maybe they cat called me? Can't imagine the overhead in wages no wonder it's 18$ for 2 pepe's and a small pop.
