My husband and I had dinner here and loved the food! We ordered the beef bulgogi ramen, chicken bulgogi burrito and the bbq dumplings. Everything was delicious. I really appreciated the little salad served with the dumplings. And we also had their seasonal blueberry crumble Chai and that was yummy, too. I highly recommend visiting.

There was no street parking available when we arrived but we found a parking garage close by that was easy to use.

They have many cool and delicious fusion and Korean dishes. The price for drinks is high, but it truly feels special here and I would absolutely recommend it!

I used to live near Kaffeine when it first opened and would get it all the time. I loved it! After moving away, I just came back this week and I’m so happy that it is as good as I remembered! Their spicy veggie ramen is absolutely perfect! It’s so flavorful, comforting, and packed with that same heat that I loved years ago. It’s rare to find a place that stays consistently great over time, but Kaffeine has definitely done it. (Forgot to take a pic before I started eating but here it is. So good!)

This was my first time trying this restaurant. I placed an online order for pick up at 7:29pm. The email receipt information said that the order would be ready for pick up at 8:14pm. I arrived at 8:10pm to pick up my order. I was told that they were cleaning and did not notice the order come through. I was very short on time and i had driven 23 minutes to the restaurant. I agreed to wait 10 minutes because the clerk offered to comp the order and still give it to me. When i received the order, I asked if the order had been comped because I did not see a receipt in the bag showing that it had been. I was then told they took off 20% instead because she didn’t know how to comp it… the order was very greasy, unevenly cooked and inedible. I feel they rushed the order in effort to accommodate their mistake but I will personally never visit again because of the carelessness.

I rarely write reviews, but this gem deserves recognition for its friendly attentive staff, lightening fast service and high quality ingredients. I’m lucky to have stumbled across Kaffeine while visiting from Ann Arbor.
The avocado toast was generously portioned, with red pepper flakes adding something new to the brunch staple on freshly baked bread, featuring a perfect crunch along the crust. The food was presented nicely even in a to go box.

Kaffeine has a low-key vibe with great natural light and parking in front, a few feet from the door. The decor has a clean modern feel with concrete floors, open floor plan and patterned tile along the bar and half wall separating the kitchen area, while sharing it’s delicious smells.

I removed a star for food because the taro bubble tea was lack luster and disappointing, and while I loved my spicy brunch, the avocado toast felt a bit too spicy for most.

If you’re local and haven’t been to Kaffeine yet, you’ve been missing out. I anticipate visiting every time I’m in the area.

For any fellow Ann Arbor-ites, the quality of the avocado toast and staff were on par with Zingerman’s deli in Kerry town. Kaffeine shares the same high standards and quality service that is so rare today.

Thank you Kaffeine! I look forward to returning soon.

I was so vexed on the cafe/korean restaurant concept but it was actually really great! They don’t have enough seating capacity, we had to move from a small bar area to a main table once one was free. That kind of sucked, but the food and service was good.

Just had the most amazing ramen experience! The broth was incredibly tasty, and the noodles were cooked perfectly. Every ingredient tasted super fresh, and the overall flavor was just outstanding. Plus, the indoor seating was really comfortable and added to the whole enjoyable vibe. Highly recommend checking this place out if you're a ramen lover!
