Restaurant is very clean, and has good music. The presentation of the food was delightful. The wait staff is attentive and food was served quickly.
Amazing sushi and super cool vibes.
My new fav sushi spot. The Kawa ultimate roll is the best sushi I’ve ever had. And the yuzu blueberry matcha cheesecake is incredible. Service was great too. Definitely stop in!!
Nice to have a sushi spot in our neighborhood again!
Loved the vibe, all of the staff were incredibly friendly and upbeat. The food did not disappoint, can’t wait to come back, this is definitely our new go to sushi spot!
I don't usually go out of my way to write a review, with that said the whole experience was fantastic! The only disappointment was how empty the establishment was. I hope to see it substantially more full on our next visit
Amazing staff, friendly and inviting, with great food. Would recommend.
I’ve been here twice in the week they’ve been open - once for carry out and once for sit down dinner service. Both times I’ve loved the food, service, and atmosphere. Everyone is friendly and attentive. The menu is interesting and delicious. I love their house rolls. Can’t wait to come back and I hope that they find success here. Definitely stop by!
Food and atmosphere was amazing!!!
Great portions as well! Great bang for your buck
Delicious food, great location and beautiful restaurant. I highly recommend the Kawa poppers and Lucy Lucy roll. Super nice vibe.

New opening - so expected a few glitches. Menu is a little eccentric (not your typical california or spider roll, but loved the adaptations).Yaki soba was a little heavy with the soy sauce, but great non the less. The highlights were the yellowtail jalepano appetizer and the blue fin sashimi (out of this world!).
Steve (one of the owners?) presented us with the most tantalizing complimentary dessert ever!! (Vanilla ice cream on a bed of yuzo cheesecake covered with a blueberry glaze drizzle and crusted macha coating) Bonkers!!
Downside - no liquor license yet - but as they say, patience is a virtue.
Highly recommend!
Many thanks to Shayla, Sally, and Steve for giving us such a great evening (I don’t know the sushi chef’s name yet - but I’m thinking we’ll be best buds soon enough)
