This is the Michigan and Dianond site is the best Kentucky Fried Chicken Site. Food is always fresh and Customer Service is great. I drive from South East side Kentwood area just to eat Kentucky fried chicken here

They couldn't even heat the chicken up in the fryer from the warmer before handing it out. Takes 30 seconds but I guess 15 dollars isn't worth having nice hot food.

I must say the gentleman at Michigan location I believe his name was Micheal light skinned gentle possibly asst or shift manger. The best experience ever. Especially after going to 28th Kentwood 1st then to 52nd and Eastern and I called the store before I headed there as I did the other two to find out when I got to both of the other stores no food or not enough. Called over to Michigan KFC and great customer service after I explained the situation to the young man on the phone I believe it was Micheal Tues around 8 pm. He made sure when we arrived our order was super hot fresh and finally got what we was looking for after bad service with the other two KFC's. They need employees/management like him in all the other stores.

My husband went to pick up food for dinner tonight. He went an hour and a half before closer. They were out of everything. The person working the drive thru took almost 2 minutes to even respond to my husband's order. That response was just to tell him they were already out of extra crispy. The total he was given was incorrect, the order was incorrect, and he was already at the windows before anyone corrected any of that. The food we did get was cold. Except for the gravy, which was inexplicably boiling. The mac and cheese is cross contaminated with green beans, can only imagine what the rest of the sides are like.
We don't go to kfc expecting much, but hot food, that isn't mostly gone two hours before close doesn't seem that big an ask. Won't be going here again, even if you are the closest to our house.

This location isn’t working with online ordering. Have to order in person, the guy working the drive through mic on Nov 7 was extremely rude and wouldn’t allow adjustments. Asking for easy on the spicy isn’t confusing nor not allowed because I get it this way every time. Just being lazy and rude. I took my lunch business elsewhere.

Door Lobby says it closes at 8:00 it's 7:15 right now and is locked up I think this KFC should just shut down they're never open when they say they are.
