At 7:45 on a Friday night I go to the drive-up window to order an 8 piece bucket. They tell me they don't have enough chicken for a bucket. Isn't that what they do?? Chicken?? No offer of alternatives, no "we're cooking more now"...nothing!! They don't close until 9:00. What are they going yo so, turn away all customers for an hour? Tired of their losy service!!
I went to KFC after work to grab dinner. First off the sign in the drive through is very deceiving. Then at the window I question the price and they told me I was wrong. And they didn’t have any breast. I ordered the 20.00 fill up. Not only do I feel like I paid to much but then I got home and had no gravy. When I called up there to say something the girl basically told me to bad. And if I wanted to come back up there they would give me the gravy. I really didn’t want to go...read full review
