I am leaving a one star review because in the last 3 times I have ordered from here they have messed up my order and when my husband went back they gave us the wrong thingagain, so I went back and they corrected it. Then I went today and ordered the Nashville Hot Famous Bowl and they gave me the original.. so I went back and they didn't even correct my order just gave me a container of the Nashville got GREASE. I am appalled.. I will NOT be back. And I have NEVER left a bad review before at a fast food place but my goodness. Over $50 spent on a family of 4 just for everything to be incorrect over and over again. Highly disappointed.

The last two times I’ve been in they’ve gotten my order wrong. Make sure you check everything before you leave. Employees are friendly but not very helpful. Definitely won’t be going back!

KFC an icon in american carry out .. everyone loves original recipe. i found myself low on money and near this location so i tried them out. i had 255 points on my account so i got a 5 piece nugget free and they had a special on the 3 piece tenders with fries for $5.00 .. so it was $5.30 out the door and a value you can’t beat. the tenders melt in your mouth. i liked them better than the nuggets. remember to always use the app so you get points and deals

UPDATE: KFC had management reach out to me. They logged that they reached out, but no call was ever placed. They had the same manager I had issues with (Sydney) reach out to me, which she never did but did lie about doing.
Ordered a meal online that showed 2 drumsticks and 2 thighs in the picture. No text was present anywhere. The meal came with 1 breast, 1 thigh, 1 wing and and 1 drumstick.
I called the store, and politely asked for the pieces to be exchanged or replaced, and even said it was likely the website's fault. Her response was "We can't give you chicken, if you want the pieces you can buy them. I don't care, it's the app's problem not mine"
Needless, we will never return. The mixup is a human mistake that can happen. The rest is just bad management and horrible customer service.

I usually only do good reviews, I don't come here often but the last few times it's been disappointing consistently. Forgot my sauce 2x, fries once and I came back and did get extra but they were all old. Barely any spicy mayo on the spicy chicken sandwich and bread was dry. Certain employees wouldn't do 2 orders in one car but others would.
