First time doing a meal like this and we LOVED it. Brought a small group of friends and that was perfect for sharing everything. Small plates make it easy to not waste food. There was a surprisingly good buffet that accompanies your meal, the wings were awesome. We did Korean Bbq. If anything they could have explained things a tiny bit better to newcomers (we did mention we were new) so we had a better idea of how things work! Aside from that, our service was great! Great selection of meat and veg, noodles and rice, etc. Spicy beef bulgogi, garlic shrimp and the flap steak (like flank steak I guess) were out favs. This place isn't as busy as KPOT and I'm not sure why! Will definitely be back. One of the best spots on 28th.Vegetarian options: Had a vegetarian with us and I would say it's serviceable for vegetarians. Spring rolls, veggies, pineapple, and noodles were all available, but the meat is the star of this place to me.

This place was super amazing! The waitress was helpful and patient since it was our first time. We had a lot of fun! The food looked and tasted fresh and everything was really clean. Definitely worth it to pay for the hot pot and bbq even though it’s a little more. Definitely coming back here again, can’t wait!!

Went here with friends to try it out. We really regret it. You pay $30/ person and you order off the menu a variety of meats and veggies. They spray pam...yes pam on a hot pan. And you have to go grab sauces to give the meat flavor at a buffet. Then you cook your meat and veggies on the grill. Downside is the vegetables never cook. They burn and don't get soft. The pan burns and gets gross fast. They will come switch it out but you have to ask and it happens so fast. So it's annoying and a hassle. You are told you have to eat everything you order. So if you don't like it you just have to eat it.The buffet was terrible. Everything was dry and cold. Poor quality. For my husband and I it was over $75. For you to cook your own mediocre food. The buffet desserts are like the cheapest quality ever. Not worth it at all. There was more staff there than customers.Bottom line:Extremely High priced for food you have to cook. And because of the pan burning you get hit with smoke and stink because they don't have a good air filtration.

Really good food. I'm fairly bland in my pallette. But they have something for almost everyone.

It's strange a Korean BBQ would be buffet style and let you BYOB. But our server was great and the meet quality was on point!

Amazing Food, Sauces, and options. It was service. On my first visit and experience it was fair. This post is only a suggestion, because it was the server. Do not rush someone paying there money for a buffet. Maybe the owner should leave the tablet. I don't need anyone rushing or asking if I am going to order more. I believe the quote was "Your not going to order more, are you?" Duh, if I want. This is called a detourant to have me not order and to leave. Yes, I am small and can eat. I am a grown man, I can manage to order and you bring my stuff out. Like your competition. Utilize staff time with bringing the food out and your detection to charger I believe $18.99 per pound should cover any wasteful people actions. Inwhich we ate all our food. That was the ? part. I had to come out of retirement from reviewing. But, I'm back. I actually still tipped $15. But I was going to leave this comment. Please remember it is the customers that keeps the business going. I'ma tip any ways. But, now you get a review.

Food was good no complaint there. Good amount of non-red meat options. Chicken bulgogi was my favorite. I'd say good price for how much you can eat. Service was good but slower on checking on you but once you order, it got to the table fast.

Absolutely love this place. Great option if you want just bbq, soup or both. Service is fast, and super helpful. They have a sauce bar option to mix and make your own. Great for first timers or seasoned bbq-ers

My friends and I visited for the first time today, and we had a great time. Tony was friendly, made good menu suggestions, and came by to check on us often. The food was delicious and came to the table FAST. We’ll definitely be coming back!

Good flavor! I recommend using dry rub they have for korean bbq, you don’t need sauces.

Cool experience but nothing wowed me, the grill barely cooked the food and with a 2 hour limit you don't know whether you'll get to eat all your food or if it's fully cooked through on top of that they charge you for wasting food. Waitress was no where to be found half the time, it was our first time so we had no idea what to do, how much to order given we didn't want to be charged for wasting food. Really liked the lightly lit area but it was loud with people chatting and music cranked. Glad we didn't do the hot pot, probably wouldn't have had enough time.

Service was horrible. Waitress checked on us in 35 minute increments with no water refill and she forgot what we ordered, so i told her...then she brought the missing items twice. We had to finish it all first before we could order more. It made us more full faster than we would've liked, and it was a waste of our money when we only ordered one of the dishes but received 2. We ate it because we wanted to avoid the very high fee of not finishing your food. We waited for a long time to check out too. The meats were barely seasoned and desperately needed you to make your own sauce to eat. Don't get the pho hot pot... just go get pho in Wyoming. Appetizer bar and sauce bar was fun and I love that aspect. It was okay the first time, but this second time was a nightmare. K-Rok downtown is way better in taste and value than here. You can tell the meats there at K-rok are marine and have flavor. Here at Kingpot... not worth $80 at all.

Rebecca was fantastic , A1 service. She ran down the menu and broke the process down for us , since it was a first time experience. Food was amazing. The interior is very eye pleasing.
