Knoop Rooftop Cocktail Lounge

If I could give it zero I would. We were so excited to see try this place however after all the hype and promotion by staff at that hotel it was a less than desirable experience. Save your dollars and go somewhere else. There are a ton place in GR this is definitely one to miss.

Wouldn’t go here again. View is cool but drinks were basic and way overpriced for what you are getting. We also ordered their homemade garlic knots which tasted like they were great value frozen ones heated up in the microwave (also way overpriced). Really bummed. I think the reviews and prices are so high because of the atmosphere alone not based on what you get.

Service was amazing. Steak sandwich was rubbery and tasted like it was microwaved after having been cooked days ago. Brought wrong side, but quickly corrected. Drinks were great and venue is incredible.

While the food was good, it was overpriced and there was not very many options food wise. The service was nice and view was beautiful my fiancee and I felt we could have gotten the same food for cheaper.

This was my third time visiting Knoop. We enjoyed the outdoor fire pit area with a group of six. It was perfect for a night turning chilly. The atmosphere is chill and very pleasant. Food options are limited, but all of the food and drinks have been tasty.

Hospitality was great! The GM came and talked with us, our server had great suggestions for drinks and food. And they me ruined the special occasion I put in the comments section on the reservation. I Would definitely come back. No, I will be back!!

I didn't like the strawberry salad, switched the the burger... that's my new favorite burger

Great ambiance, perfect spot to chill, connect with friends or even make new ones, lots of heating options in the outdoor seating area, with a gas fireplace as well, food was great Wagyu Burger was phenomenal

Went here after work to celebrate a Bday.

Drinks and food here were great. Lovely rooftop atmosphere.

My qualms: the waitress had to come back several times tell one of us that they were out of something ordered. To be out of half the things on the menu @ 4PM on a Thursday was a little shocking but we brushed it off. The waitress asking if we wanted our checks multiple times when we were actively still ordering and eating was a bit off putting.

One of our favorite outdoor patios but definitely our favorite rooftop. Staff, food, drinks are all excellent. Great atmosphere for a date night, meeting up with friends or family, celebrating a birthday, etc. Highly recommened Knoop. Prices are fair. The Old Fashioned is superb.

1 star for food was bc it was n/a for our visit, we only drank. Service was great, drinks were good. Only drawback was how warm it was sitting inside

We visited for a birthday celebration and it was perfect. Our server Jaden was so patient with us and accommodating as more people arrived for our party than we planned. She took great care of us! The atmosphere was amazing and the views stunning. We enjoyed the creative cocktails and will definitely return. We didn't try the food, maybe next time!
