Just had the worst experience. The woman working was rude to all customers. I placed a pick up order for 10:45, she helped 5 people before getting to me at 11:00. They were sold out of the donuts I ordered and asked what I wanted as replacements. I had asked for speciality donuts and been charged for them. They were out in the front case but I could see them in the back. She ended up getting them and throwing the boxes on the counter and not saying another word.
With the cost of donuts, I can guarantee I’ll be going to Bro’s Doughs from now on! Friendly service goes a long way!

I went to Krispy Kreme and found a lobby full of disappointed and angry customers staff that didn’t care or even try more people left with no donuts then I seen actually get donuts. This staff needs a lot of work.

This place is always filthy. We’ve actually walked out more times than purchases. Floors are dirty, staff is rude, and always touching hair/ phones with and without gloves. Dough over risen and on the floor, food hits everywhere in the back. I almost wish I couldnt see. Doughnuts never seem fresh anymore, like they only make one batch a day. Never see light on anymore. They taste of older grease. Just not like it used to be 5-6 years ago.

I’ve visited this location multiple times, always polite and understanding, but the staff’s attitude is consistently rude and dismissive. They seem bothered to even interact with customers, and it ruins the experience every time. On top of that, service is painfully slow, and they act like basic requests are a huge inconvenience. The atmosphere is cold and unwelcoming, and it’s clear they don’t care about providing a good experience. If this is how they treat paying customers, it’s no wonder so many people have bad things to say about this place. Save yourself the frustration and go somewhere else where you’ll actually be treated with respect.

I am so unbelievably disappointed in this establishment. I remember back when the red light was on and you could get a whole fresh glazed donut right off the rack for free, and all the kids there would watch the donuts being made. Now that is no longer a thing, but this was something I could easily get over because I could understand that constantly giving out free donuts could be quite costly. Now I bring this point up because today my mother and I went to grab a few donuts because we happened to be driving by, and we couldn't even go in because the lobby was closed, the drive thru was still open but all I can think of is watching all those kids of the past enamored with the process of the donuts being made, and how fun that was because I was one of those kids. On a similar topic but a different day, my grandmother just wanted some Krispy Kreme, and my mother and I, again went to this same Krispy Kreme to get her some donuts. We walked inside and asked for 3 of there Santa belly donuts, a cream filled donut. Not only were these donuts bad and had no cream, but we had to go through the drive thru because the donuts witch we could clearly see were for the "drive thru only". This place which used to be full of precious memories is now full of frustration and disappointment. From a disappointed 15 year old girl with strong opinions.
