This location is really dragging their brand down and anyone reading this should go to thier social media sites to share their experiences because corporate crispy crème needs to be aware of what’s going on and how this location is tarnishing their reputation.

My experiences at Krispy Kreme across the country have been steadily worse. From closing in Houston, never seeing the hot light lit in Missoula, to waiting 30 minutes in a 4 car line in Grand Rapids.

I ordered and paid for a catering order of a couple dozen pumpkin donuts a few days ahead of time for a fall birthday party. I arrived to pick them up before the party and they told me they were out of stock. So I was out donuts for the party AND they didn't know how to refund my money. The catering service later told me that Krispy Kreme confirmed my order multiple times on their system despite knowing they wouldn't have the donuts I needed as they were running a special series of donuts that replaced the ones I ordered for a short time. No phone call prior to the pick-up of a catering order you cant fulfill is crazy. These donuts aren't cheap either!

We drove here from Kzoo specifically to get doughnuts. The door was locked and when we went to the drive through they informed us that they had NO glazed doughnuts and only a few of their other options.

The food is fine but they just plain don't answer the phone in the evening. I called 4 times tonight and I've had the same problem other nights. It rings for a couple minutes and hangs up on me. Not very impressed

Always closed when you go to order. They refuse to pay people to work, or they just are to lazy to be open. Yesterday the office lobby was closed also at 5:00PM. Time to get a new management in.

I ordered a dozen custom and a dozen glazed.
The chocolate iced were shrunken like they didn’t proof long enough or were supposed to be mini’s or something. Sooooo disappointing!
The crème filled were dry with heavy dough. Not sure what happened.
I’m guessing they filled the glazed with mini’s? Instead of regular size donuts?
Even with the extra smaller ones, Krispy Kreme’s should’ve attempted to connect with me. The smaller donuts weren’t enough for people to have 2, but taking 1 didn’t give them a full-size donut.
