I walked up to windows said I wanted to order they told me. They can't sell anything because they don't have anyone there to run the Register or something. It was 7:10 am. They open at 6.

I’m not usually one who does reviews but felt this was needed. We waited for a while before they took our order, and the doughnuts we received were old, stale, and really small. The guy operating the drive thru seemed out of it. We payed $20 for only six doughnuts and two milks. I thought that was really pricey for the quality we got.

Very noisy inside, donuts were not fresh, lots of trash in the parking lot, and waited five minutes behind a car at the ordering point, so we just left. Usually the Krispy Kreme donuts at Speedways are fresher.

This was a very dirty location. They left old doughnut dough in the oven, rising on the floor. The oil looked disgusting and dirty. The people were not friendly. Will not go back to this location. Sad. Gives Krispy Kreme and bad name.

The customer service at this location is horrendous. The employee ignore everyone that comes in, and take forever to even come and take people order. There’s zero management here, and everyone looks like they truly hate the job. They hardly ever have donuts to pick from, and the outside of their building has trash overflowing outside of the door. The drive through line had 2 cars and took 15 min to even move. I saw 5 employees inside but they locked the inside doors so your only option is to go through the drive through. I think management needs to start taking care of this location.

So disappointed in the service. ordered the spring mini donuts, was so excited to get them. the cashier through drive proceeded to tell me they’ve never had them. when I’m staring at a picture of them posted on their sign…. don’t waste a dime here. I’m sure it won’t be in business for much longer :(
