When I went to use the restroom at this “fine establishment”, I was greeted with the atrocious sight of cockroaches and they were crawling on the walls, up and down. Abhorrent!

And the service here is astoundingly horrible and they can never seem to get any of my orders right. Any time I ask for less ice, they will give me ice filled to the brim of my drink. And every drink I have gotten cannot satisfy my needs. It seems as if the owners of this god awful place cannot maintain both their staff and environment.

I will NOT come back here and I wish there was a 0 star option as I would rather choose that!

As someone who knows the people who work here, I can advocate. I came in to get a drink yesterday and to visit my friend only to find that the owners drove my friend to a point of stress where my friend left. I was left to be served by a man who had the formulas for the drinks laid on the serving table and it took him almost 15 minutes to make my drink. There were tea leafs inside of my drink. I remember my friend saying that there was mold in the teas that were left out for days or until they ran out not following the policy to have them out only up to 4 hours so I ended up just throwing it out because I wasn’t sure. Sad to see the business go downhill like this as the old workers here seemed to enjoy their craft and respect the place well. Since my friend stepped away as a crew member I thought I would speak up on their behalf.

Really disappointing experience.

I ordered a Thai milk tea and got taro instead. Service was super slow, and the staff seemed unsure of what they were doing. Constantly checking recipe sheets, which doesn’t inspire much confidence.

Lately, the quality has dropped too. The boba texture is off, teas taste stale, and the drinks are inconsistent every time.

If you’re looking for good boba, I’d recommend going somewhere else.

Great Costumer service.

This location was acquired a few months ago, and honestly quality of drinks went south. I gave it another try recently and they are making a comeback. I tried the Green tea yogurt and Grapefruit yogurt drinks. They have been using fresh fruit juice and not concentrate in many of their drinks which is nice. Prices are good at Kungfu, and now that the quality is back I will definitely be coming back to this location again. Keep it up!

yes this place has good drinks but it is unacceptable how long they take. I ordered online and I’ve ordered in person and on average I have always had to wait 15-20 minutes which I understand if it’s Busy but whenever I order in person, the lobby is empty.

This place used to be good. The worker was not listening and adding boba when I didn’t want it and trying to add extra charges. Got my friends drink wrong to.

Great service despite being understaffed. The employees were kind and very attentive and the environment was clean and cozy. Would definitely come here again.
