Wow this is some of the best boba I've ever had. The tapioca pearls are the perfect texture and flavor. They're not frozen, rubbery, or hard. I appreciate that they take the time to make fresh boba because it makes the drink that much better. I loved seeing all the options on the menu and all the things you can mix and match. The store was very clean and well put together. I will say the customer service was just ok, but the kids were school-age and just being kids, so I wasn't expecting much anyway.

Always super friendly staff and a beautiful & clean seating area. Prices are a little steep but that’s expected. My number one complaint though is why is the BOBA SO DANG WARM?! You can feel it at the bottom and it melts the drink fast. Anywhere else I’ve gone for boba it’s never like that.

I actually like this place a lot and they have great service and a lot of drink options so it meets the customer needs depending on what type of drink flavor you're looking for. They also have a lot of options for toppings, but overall really good.I think also the one downside that I've noticed is that they don't do a lot of customize drinks. For example, if I wanted happy amount of Boba, or I wanted to do a little bit of customization, even if it cost more they don't do that so that's the only bummer that I have about this place .Parking is very easy overall I recommend this place for anybody and everybody to just have a nice good drink

Speedy and simple ordering! Especially if you use their app. Very tasty stuff too! Would've given a 5/5 only thing, their chestnut milk tea made both my husband and I sick. Not sure what it was but just something to note. He got the Oreo wow and was fine. When I couldn't finish my chestnut tea because I started feeling sick he drank the rest later that night.

For our first time, the website or small print in store signs made it more challenging to order/ know what we want/ be able to ask questions. We've done boba tea often, just not here. The selection was intense for teas! An option for everyone! Lots of types of boba to add in, not a lot of flavor options within each type of boba though.
