Charming little hipster coffee shop. The vibe is cozy and cool, the coffee is strong and flavorful, and the prices are refreshingly affordable. A great spot for a quick caffeine fix or a relaxed catch-up.

Lovely quiet place with a old timey feel. Desks to work at, soft lighting. Warehouse setting.

Great coffee, great service, and a great lounge. Their fresh roasted coffee beans are also excellent.

I don’t go downtown often, but if I do it’s to get a vanilla oatmilk latte from Lantern. Hands down best coffee in GR.

Went to Lantern in hopes of finding a new coffee shop downtown, but was disappointed in my coffee. Ordered an Iced vanilla latte with oak milk; and it was not good. Felt thick, had a weird after taste and overall was not what I expected from a typical vanilla latte. Atmosphere is cool based on the pictures of having multiple levels, but besides the staff being a little awkward and the coffee being distasteful, I won’t be returning.

Nice split level coffee shop. Love that’s it’s right on the corner so you can’t miss it. The counter is on the first floor as soon as you walk in. I was greeted with big smiles and a warm welcome. Their specials were fall favs and similar to the chain Starbucks. We love buying local coffee and taking in the full experience. Decided on a pumpkin spice and Pecan latte. Both had lots of flavor and were strong. The lower level was very chill and you could get some work done. Dim lights and and not much light from the windows but very open. They have desk, tables and laid back chairs. My only suggestion was that they have pins for sale. I’m a collector but instead opted to purchase a sticker.

Parking: Depending on the day and time parking will cost you.

stopped in for a carrot cake latte and some fun views of the city while working. Great staff at the front who were very attentive and helpful. Fairly priced drinks as well. Parking isn’t too bad if you don’t mind parking on the street.

One of the top cofeehouzes in all of Michigan they put tons of energy into creating amazing drinks. Their accuracy is inspiring. They are one of the best places around to work on your laptop.

One of the top spots for coffee in GR if not THE top spot. Staff are great, personable, and make excellent drinks, put customers at ease and good community feeling in there. Great vibes for meeting or working, but can get loud. Highly recommend.
