We were super excited to try this local food after seeing great posts about the chilaquiles bar. The meat was not even lukewarm. I sent it back in fear of salmonella. It came back out with a warm plate with a swimming pool of steamy hot sauce on the bottom of the plate with the toppings drowning in it. Meat still cold, trying to be masked by the temperature of the sauce. The burrito was also cold. Different meat.
I had their Spicy Mexican Shrimp Cocktail at the festival & the sauce/liquid the shrimp was in was the best combo of flavors I’ve ever had.
Not a thing could be changed to improve it- it’s absolutely perfect!
Great food and treats. The staff is super nice and the food tastes great. I can't wait to go back and try everything on the menu.
