Came in for lunch and had a great experience! I ordered a Coney with just chili, and an omelette which came with hash browns. The food came out very quickly which was awesome and tasted perfect! My waitress was very nice and helpful during the ordering process. She also offered me a to go drink which was nice as well! I ended up having to take some of the food back with me as the portion sizes are very generous here! I couldn’t have been any happier with the experience and will likely return soon!

Rude staff
Wouldn’t go here if it were the only place open. Service is slow. Food isn’t good. Do not ever get delivered unless you want cold food. Don’t go in unless you want slow stale service. I’d be more amused watching cows eat grass than dining with them.
Update since their reply: This reply was because of a delivery but I’ve also been a patron. It’s not a good look for a business to accuse someone of something there is no recollection of. I patiently waited 15 minutes while your staff messed up several orders and ignored me. Your server went to the young couple sitting at the table and brought them free French fries for messing up their order. Get it together. You are the problem. And I’ve never harassed your staff. I work in the industry myself and would drop the order rather than harass people. The business reply is harassment
Love this place! Have dined in and done takeout and both were great experiences. Fast, affordable, & friendly service. The wings were a favorite of ours.
Visited this location from Miami,Florida and I can tell you 100% this is the #1 Leo’s Coney Island in Michigan. The restaurant is extremely clean, organized, and welcoming.Marianne is the best! Very Professional. She is very polite and has incredible guest service. Every time I am in Grand Rapids area I will be making a stop here! 10/10 👍🏾

The French toast was really good — definitely the highlight of the meal. Unfortunately, the scrambled eggs were disappointing and tasted off, so I wouldn’t recommend those. Service was fine, but I’d stick to the sweeter breakfast options here.

Nice place with friendly staff. Only gave a 4 on Atmosphere because it was a Saturday morning breakfast and they weren't too busy.

This is my first visit here, and I usually don’t write reviews. My wife and I ended up at the wrong place, but we decided to give it a shot. Upon our arrival, we were welcomed and told to sit wherever we liked. The young lady who took our orders, I think her name is Brooklyn, was wearing a blue hat, which might help identify her. When she took our orders, she didn’t have any notepads or anything to write on.
The first issue was that the syrup was forgotten, then it was the bacon, and after that, my toast. We pointed out the missing toast and bacon at the start of our meal after the syrup was finally brought to us. It seemed like she was having some sort of back-and-forth with the cook. Honestly, I’m not sure how our orders ended up missing items when it was so slow. Instead of focusing on the customers, they were all chatting about a friend’s upcoming 21st birthday.
By the time the bacon arrived, we were almost finished with our meals. She mentioned that the toast would be out shortly, and I told her I wouldn’t need it anymore since I had just one bite left. She responded, “Oh, so you don’t want it? It’s free anyway.” The look I gave her was one of confusion—why would I want it if I only had one bite left?
This experience was not what I anticipated. The scrambled eggs were undercooked, the omelette had a chunk of cheese that was barely melted, and the overall flavor was quite bland. Given this experience, I doubt I’ll return, but I felt it was important to share.

Stayed at the canopy near this restaurant. Had dinner the night before everything was fine. Next morning we came back for breakfast. Night and day difference. Service was terrible this morning. Over an hour to get the food. It was cold dry and overcooked. Milk shakes where watery. Was served by the lady moping the floors will wearing her rubber gloves. Highly disappointed today.

Great place to meet up with a friend downtown before heading to a concert a free blocks away. Service was great. Food was spot on (expansive menu) and the bill for two of us was an excellent value.

We were craving a little sense of home since we’re from the metro Detroit area and. They have these everywhere around there. Placed an order for 7:15, picked it up 7 minutes early and I live in an apartment 5 minutes down the road so the food should’ve been fresh and hot. When we got to eating it, it was cold and the soup and gravy were thick. Don’t recommend ordering online for pickup. Not happy with this experience.

Decided to stop here before going and seeing a movie, been here once before but always enjoyed the service, nice place definitely worth it's hospitality would recommend a change for the community being a pay it forward sort of deal where patrons can pay for meals for the less unfortunate and have a board for them to choose whether it's been called in and not picked up or paid for in advance.
