Received a pizza that was clearly old and looked really old. I kindly asked for a different pizza and the girl rolled her eyes and said she needed to get her manager. The manager came out and said “what’s wrong with your pizza?” And I said it looks old. He said “you look old” I was seriously in shock and actually teared up, and said.. sorry I am old.. and he said well it would take me a while to make a new pizza.. so you can have this one.. and gave me a different pizza with extra pepperoni which I was okay with. The whole situation was very uncomfortable and hurtful and I can’t believe that is the manager. Very disappointed

Garbage and ghetto! Ordered for my husband and I we did half cheese and half supreme. We get home and they couldn’t even get that right. Cheese half had pepperoni on it and the other half didn’t, pizza wasn’t even cooked we had to put it in the oven when we got it home. Walked in and no one talked to us, a girl was in the back on the phone. NEVER GOING BACK AGAIN! Edit: we threw it out and ordered from Papa Johns

Absolutely atrocious, ordered a cheese pizza & breadsticks. I received a pepperoni instead & both the pizza and breadsticks were horribly undercooked. Not worth it and would never return.

Cheap pizza.
- Pepperoni Pizza - $7.29: Still a decent value. It is very cheap pizza.
This one had a very large crust and therefore a lot less cheese and topping surface area. I’ve bought from several locations in Grand Rapids and theirs had the smallest surface area of cheese and toppings so far.
There was one pizza with an empty area of pepperoni, but otherwise, it was well covered. It was warm and fairly delicious otherwise.
- Crazy Bread - $5: Mainly as expected. Soft and rich garlic flavor.
- Service: Minimal. The order was in a Pizza Portal (working this time). The Crazy Sauce was not with the order and I (AGAIN) had to ask for it. There was no one at the counter while two others were also waiting, but within a minute and a half they assisted me.
- Atmosphere: Small place, but decently clean.
- Conclusion: You cannot argue the price and value. Just be ready to deal with a few things and inconsistencies.
Picked up online order Thursday before 5pm.
Parking: Busy road. Avoid turning left by using National Ave SW and the other side roads.
If you use the Little Caesars app, don't use the Google Maps link they provide. It has you go next door.

Ordered old world pepperoni and sausage on crazy stuffed crust. Received regular pepperoni and no sausage on a non crazy crust. The pizza puffs were tiny and a disappointment as well.
Waited 30 minutes late for my food, was late to work. They kept coming out and asking my name over and over. Seems to be only kids working who just stand around or take Snapchat photos.

It is very refreshing to get a hot and ready pizza that's hot and ready. They appear to be keeping them stocked, unlike in the past. It's not fun to order hot and ready and have to wait for 20 minutes while they cook it.
