If you can help it, absolutely do not choose this location. Choose a different location. This location is extremely slow and understaffed. I will wait 20+ minutes for an order placed a while ago. You will stand in the lobby for 5+ minutes before someone even comes to the counter to greet you. Multiple times and occasions I have waited super long past their wait time. Do not choose this location. The foods great, but the wait time is horrible.

Just gross. Ordered through Uber Eats. Not sure if store's fault or driver's fault they didn't bring extra sauces. Extra sauce wouldn't help this pizza quality. Ordered Detroit-style Deep Dish cheese pizza, dough was disgustingly undercooked.Uber Eats said I couldn't get refund because they "don't control how restaurants prepare their food" and phoning the store doesn't connect to a person. So they actually made money for this. The last of my money the Fulton location will receive.

Had liquid diarrhea from this junk been here twice won't be back a 3rd time. Place is a dump. Go anywhere but here. I'll be calling corporate about this tainted junk or better yet just tell em the place needs to be shut down it's a waste of space. We ordered from here from door dash because my son was in the hospital and we needed food. We were sent the wrong pizza and when we called I get the right one we were told it wasn't wrong and that's "just how they made them there" which is a pitifil excuse to get out of fixing a mistake. Then we decided to try and eat the incorrect food because we were starving and had no money for other food, only to bite into and find the food was not fully cooked and had raw dough still in the middle. Disgusting. They need to do better.

We came at 9:10pm tonight and ordered 2 cheese pizzas and breadsticks, quoted a 10 minute wait, as the only people in line. After 40 minutes, we were given 2 pepperonis & no sticks. When we asked for a refund, we were treated rudely by the employee. At least 6 other people in there were waiting for as long if not longer than us, and we heard them also constantly have to remind the workers of their pizzas. "We have 3 pizzas.." "ive been waiting 45 minutes for one pizza?" And "where is the rest of my order?" From at LEAST 3 people inside with us. disappointing.
