They’re still making their crazy bread like this. I got 4 orders for a party and each one was a lump of dough! Absolutely ridiculous, I will be calling corporate because no other LC location gives you that abomination. Especially when they cost as much as they do. Pizza Hut is cheaper and better quality. This pizza chain is no longer cheap, and the quality doesn’t meet the price change.

I’ve never had half-assed, not even fully cut, crazy bread THIS bad. This doesn’t even look like a full order if you ask me😠 Crew was very lazy and took their time, no sense of urgency whatsoever. My pizza didn’t even get put in the oven until after I showed up for the pick up time. Pizzas didn’t have much sauce at all, basically hard crust and cheese. One of the pizzas the crust was so thin there was a hole in it, not a bubble either- just empty space. I know it’s just little caesars, but I also know this is NOT the quality to be expected by corporate. If you still choose this location make sure you’re prepared to cut your own pizza, as they half-assed that too.

The workers forgot to give our doordasher the bread sticks we ordered and when they finally gave it to our doordasher they were extremely undercooked and covered in oil and practically inedible.

Ahh, Lil' Caesars...

You either love 'em or you hate 'em, there is no in-between. Now I love a good bargain, and since I'm fat you know I love my pizza. You would think combining these two things would result in the greatest thing since sliced bread. And while that fact is true, Lil' Caesars comes up juuuuuust a bit short. Like a hair short.

For speed, I'd give them a 15/10 if I could. There is no place else where I can walk in and grab a large pie and walk out within the span of a minute or so. The only caveat comes with the lack of menu choices. Only the bare minimum (cheese or pepperoni) are kept in stock for the quick grab and go. Otherwise you'll have to wait a minute. But even then It's no more than 10 minutes.

The service is, how do I put it nicely, lackluster. You're always gonna see new faces in there. Mostly kids that are fresh out of school, or just barely able to work. And the faces you don't see very often? Well those are the veterans of the pizza game. One wrong move could derail the whole train. I've seen it happen, more than once, unfortunately.

Atmosphere - Impatient. Simple as that.

But hang on cause I have one more little piece of information you may find interesting. The deep dish pizza is right on par with Jets pizza. They are essentially the exact same besides the tomato sauce used. Lil' Caesars sauce is sort of bland. So get those seasoning packets they give out. Makes a world of difference. Oh, one more thing. Don't order delivery from here or any location. Doordash are the delivery people and they double the price of everything.

I only come here once in a while to get dinner for the family since they like little Caesar's (I don't) but if you come around dinner time just expect it to be busy and the hot n ready options quickly become limited. Otherwise it's usually not that busy from my experience.

Every time I come in here, no one greets me & I’ve seen them do it to others as well. Then AFTER I order, they tell me it will be a minute & that’s something you tell people before hand in case they are in a hurry.

Ordered ONE pizza and an order of crazy bread online so it would be ready for me to pick up when I got there yesterday. I came 40 minutes later, right after I got an email saying it was ready. But, it wasn’t in the pizza portal. I was then told my order got thrown away and needed to be remade. Um? Weird… but okay. Then I waited another 40 minutes for my order to be made while everyone else’s orders were ready for them to pick up. So in total I waited an hour and a half for a deep dish pizza that tasted like it was just sloppily thrown together. They kept telling me they didn’t know what was going on with my order or why it was taking so long. You should probably retrain all of your employees if it takes them an hour and a half to get one pizza and one crazy bread made. I left my phone number and was told the boss would call me at 8pm and I never received a phone call or a refund that I asked for. So I will restate that I would like a refund for my terrible experience, food and service. I’m never one to complain or leave bad reviews but this was honestly the worst service I’ve ever received at any food place. I hope this never happens to anyone else because time is something you can never get back and I spent a lot of mine waiting on something that was disgusting and not worth it. Definitely wouldn’t have waited that long if I didn’t already pay for it.
