I love their place!

I ordered dinner here and I ordered 5 sauces and they lied to me about not having any of it in reality I saw the picking up a box that read the sause that I ordered and he was going through his pants like a lunatic trying to find the box cutter and gave up and put on the floor and I called the manager and she was saying your complaining about the sause I said no im complaining bc you lied if any one decides to go here I just want to give you a heads up they will not give you a refund they will gaslight you and scam you im never gonna go back there and I hope you don't either bc they act trash bad costumer service and lie through there teeth

It was really bad I got my food and the guy at the front desk said there wasn’t anymore cheese left and I seen it with my own eyes and the manager tried backing him and then laughed at me over a cup of sauce and didn’t want to do anything p.s just lost a person

The food was great. Is really expensive for only 4 pizza with is 2 pepperoni 2 veggies is around 50 dollars but it’s worth it at least sometimes.

Pizza was way greaser than usual and the order was quite late from ready time and the employee put 1/2 my order in the portal and not the other items and I had to ask for sauce when it comes included with Slices & Sticks. Love Little Ceasers, just not this experience.

This location never has anything hot n ready and always takes way too long to make the food. Beyond that, employees are consistently rude to customers. Overall bad location, you’re better off going a little bit down the road.

Ordered delivery. Left a note with explicit instructions in all caps. Proceeded to call the restaurant to ensure my order was made to my specifications, and even contacted the delivery driver to double check they filled my instructions. Unfortunately, they didn’t not. When I asked if it were to be remade, they said No.

Got the new fantastic 4 pizza with crazy bread through the portal and everything was great and fresh.

So I stopped in here to get 3 bags of crazy bread for my nephews birthday party. The employee threw the bags on the counter, threw a bag at me and walked off leaving me to bag everything myself. When I got to my nephews birthday party the crazy bread looked like a toddler made out. Not only was all of it hard but it all looked like this. Bad service and the food wasn't even good.

I stopped to grab some hot n ready for pre superbowl. The gentleman was kind, efficient, and made me laugh. Making people laugh is important because you don't know their day or circumstances. Thank you sir at Little Ceasars on Eastern in Grand Rapids.
