I stopped to grab some hot n ready for pre superbowl. The gentleman was kind, efficient, and made me laugh. Making people laugh is important because you don't know their day or circumstances. Thank you sir at Little Ceasars on Eastern in Grand Rapids.

If you are picking up a hot and ready pizza this is ideal do not expect prompt service on the weekend unless you ordered an hour ahead of time

Why are people in customer service that shouldn’t be. I get people need jobs but there’s are plenty of jobs in the factories. When people are genuinely trying to be nice you should be nice back. Thank god I no longer work food industry after 30yrs. It’s place like this they make me sick I spend money at place like this

Let me start with my 19 yr old autistic son is the reason I order so frequently!! It saddens me that new workers they bought in have the audacity to talk to the customer any kind of way!! Made it clear this location been loosing tons of money and that’s their main goal is to not waste any product!! It doesn’t matter if it falls to the floor,it doesn’t matter if u are dissatisfied!! I went in and my bread was pretty dry for me to have asked for extra topping!! The worker before she even knew what I asked for began screaming about wasted products!!! I will NEVERRRRR EVERRRRR go bk!! I was so angry when I left!! So rude and inconsiderate

The food was terrible, the wings and pizza were DRENCHED in grease and on top of that it looks NOTHING like the pictures! For starters the pizza was terrible! The crust was like cardboard and for the wings? Everyone agreed they tasted terrible! And we found a hair in it!!!!! And to top it all off they didn’t give us any of the sauce we paid for, the bread sticks were mid though.

Go here for lunch sometimes. Don't believe the posted hours. They are rarely open at 11:00am.

The food was horrible the service was friendly to a point the place is a mess Everytime I go the food was cold and was not hot and ready it has been sitting for a while was not cut all the way breads sticks was cold and looked like they had been. Stepped on was graduation food from home and was very disappointed in the food and it's just getting more and more bad there it seems to be zero management in that place and I'm no longer getting pizza from here
