Pizza was way greaser than usual and the order was quite late from ready time and the employee put 1/2 my order in the portal and not the other items and I had to ask for sauce when it comes included with Slices & Sticks. Love Little Ceasers, just not this experience.

I stopped to grab some hot n ready for pre superbowl. The gentleman was kind, efficient, and made me laugh. Making people laugh is important because you don't know their day or circumstances. Thank you sir at Little Ceasars on Eastern in Grand Rapids.

You get what you get for the price. The Eastern location, though, is always slow. I use the app, and my food is never done when it's supposed to be. I've waited as long as 45mins before (only because I prepaid) and the service was terrible,cashier was rude and acted as if I was bothering her.
