Little Caesars Pizza

Placed an online order. But the custom pizza was made with the wrong items. Had to wait for a different pizza to be made and my other items were cold by the time the new pizza was done. Also ordered a couple items as extra/double amount and definitely not extra. But they had no issue charging for it. I asked if they could give any sort of a discount and they said they were not allowed to do that. Poor customer service if you ask me.

This place is a joke. Cold pizza for dinner tonight. I ordered online, came to use the pizza portal with my code 044, but it wasn't in there because they left it stacked up on the silver table where all the pizzas get boxed. For 20 mins it sat there. I asked them to make remake the order, the guy wondered around aimlessly looking for my ticket. He still hasn't said a word to me. All talking was initiated by me and there were no verbal responses. There were two guys working, both mutes, I guess, because they didn't say anything to anyone there.
So what just happened is little ceasers took 25 dollars of hard earned money from a single mother of two, and served her family cold crusty disgusting pizza.

The staff was friendly enough but the pizza was the worst we’ve had in a very long time. We got a deep dish and it was very doughy and no crispy edges (the whole reason we get the deep dish) with way too much sauce. Definitely won’t make the drive from Kentwood to this location again. I recommend trying any other LC than this one.

Great crew to work with at this store however I don't recommend anyone work under the current owners of the company as they hold your raise over your head for doing your job. When we run out of something we try to find it at another store first then if it can't be found and we need it calling a customer who ordered online to let them know and ask if they wanted something else or to be refunded is doing your job. I hope the current owner loses the franchise and we get someone better to run these stores.

Old pizza and long wait time

Ordered a pizza with extra sauce and extra olives. I got like 35% of the normal amount of cheese, and it was approx. 40% of the normal coverage with massive areas of the very undercooked crust exposed. The total amount of topping received was about what you'd expect on one slice. Severely frustrating when you can't even leave them feedback on their dumb app or site. It's like it was made by someone who's never seen a pizza before.

Quick and fast

Pizza was not only overcooked, but so dried out, not even my dog- a dog in which will eat practically anything - wouldn't even lick it. Sniffed it and started gagging. Not okay for over $12 a dang pizza. Oh, and I bought it at 4pm, not like it was close to closing or anything ?

I just bought from this location. I ordered (2) ex most bestest pep (1) extra bestest cheese and a regular sausage. With crazy bread sticks extra Parm. Paid ahead so I could just grab and go. They gave me all extra cheese and extra sausage one. My bread sticks were more brown with little to NO PARM THEY WERE DRY! AND WHEN I CALL IT RINGS AND RINGS! I can't even call to tell them my whole order was WRONG!
