Little Caesars Pizza

I placed an order for Italian cheese bread. They said it would be about 25 minutes. I came up at about 30 minutes the order hadn't even been started. I asked to speak to a manager and asked why I was told 25 minutes and instead of pushing the order through the manager canceled my order and didn't tell me. He said it's all taken care of since you haven't paid yet. Confused by what he meant, I tried to ask him as he walked away and he ignored me. I proceeded to sit there for another 10-15 minutes thinking that I was having an order coming out and finally ask the guy again what happened to my order and apparently the manager canceled it. Which I never asked him to do. Terrible service. So after an hour of waiting I got nothing.

That manager needs to be fired.

AVOID THIS Location AT ALL COSTS. YOUR FOOD WILL BE UNDERCOOKED AND THE EMPLOYEES WILL IIGNORE YOUR EXISTENCE. VERY VERY COMMON OCCURRENCE.

I understand it’s little Caesar’s and quality isn’t a top priority but my hot and ready pepperoni pizza had clearly been sitting ready for hours on end. Make sure to cycle out the old pizzas because that was dog food at best

Just ran in to get some crazy bread and had one of the best customer service experiences I’ve had in a while. The guy at the register(didn’t catch his name, my fault, a white guy with light colored hair, maybe in his mid 20’s) was so very polite, smiled and had personality. I originally only came in for a crazy combo but he upsold me. GREAT JOB!!!

Sames it's been for the last 30 years. That's a good thing. A lot of places have changed but they still simply make pizza simply good :-).

Staff is always friendly when we stop by at lunch and even if yyou have to wait it's usually only a few minutes.

Always wait forever. I ordered with my app four hours ahead of time today and still waited 30 (that’s THIRTY) minutes past the time it should have been ready. And THEN find out that they have Hot n Ready orders of the same pizzas just sitting there that could have been subbed in for my order. Seriously? They have lost my future business.

Employees are nice, gaining a second star instead of just one. Seem to be working hard. I think just poorly managed.

Not very clean. Tons of flies buzzing around.

Not sure how its acceptble to not have one item ready to sell, AT 630 PM - prime dinner hour - not even a crazy bread…I noticed all the warmers empty when I walked in thinking no way they dont have something ready to go. Waited PATIENTLY then asked “do you have any thing ready” and was told it’d be 15 minutes - the staff here is a joke, zero work ethic nor care to give. A girl came in calling a worker/friend over handing her a couple pills. This place has plummeted, service used to be overall good the 30 years I’ve been coming here.

Do better little ceasars before your staff puts this place out of business.

Place a big order a week ago to be ready at 11 for a birthday party today I show up no one’s at the store. Don’t go to this location. Luckily Plainfield stepped in and saved the day

ALWAYS understaffed, which can lead to some issues with getting the right order. They're great about fixing it though. 🥰

Save your time and money. If you live around hear, just go to the Little Caesars near Leona Rd, they have better service there. This guys are rude and they don't care. This has happened to me 3 times now. The first 2 times, I thought it was just a bad day at work, but now I'm done. I hope they find solutions to whatever is going on.

Just went to the closest little caesar’s closest to me on my break, was not expecting the best or worst pizza honestly. But man was that the legitimately the best pizza from little caesars i’ve ever had! No bs! Crunchy on the bottom, great crunch, good amount of sauce and cooked to really good temperature!! If all little caesars can make their pizzas like that, I’d go everyday!!

Staff doesn't seem to know how to work the register and management was no help. Just want to and a topping on my order but was told they couldn't do that, rather than come show how to do it. I get the same thing every week same place but they cant do it today.
