When I was growing up LC was souch better, these days I consider it more of a welfare food. It's pizza still by its truest form. Cheese bread, and Sauce. I don't eat LC as much as I once use too. But it's because others just have selection and style, as well as taste. Glad they are still around, but honestly. It would be a while, before I would notice them gone. But do stop by, cos crazy puffs are the bomb. So to speak. Little pricey, but hasn't stopped me

I ordered 2 hot and ready pizzas and 1 Italian Cheese Bread. I was told that they were only serving hot n ready Pizzas at that time due to short staffing. When I got home, my pizzas looked and tasted old, hard and crusty. The service appeared to be rude and grumpy. Another customer behind me was cussing and made my experience uncomfortable as well.

You get what you pay for. It's cheap, but good for the price.That said, they generally don't care.I order online and they stuff the heated Pick-up Station to the point that it is difficult to remove. The Pick-up Station is difficult to use with a high end phone QR code.I paid extra for a bread stick sauce, but didn't get it.But I keep going anyway because it's cheap and generally tasty.Parking: Very small parking lot and it's often crowded.

5 stars for Service, 2-3 for overall experience (could've been anticipated by management). The poor kids working tonight were overloaded with online orders, maybe some kind of promotion? They were working so so hard and should've been better staffed or prepared. There was a young woman working the register and she was amazing, but props to the whole crew for sure. As a F&B lifer, the non-stop orders were nightmare fuel.I just wish I had more money to tip better

Terrible customer service. I was not greeted when I entered the store. The customer service rep made little to no eye contact with me and had poor communication skills to the point where I couldn’t even understand what he mumbled.They had no hot and ready pizzas available and no crazy bread or cheese bread available. There were two customers in the lobby arguing and both stated they’d been waiting a half an hour for online orders. There was no sense of urgency or effort on the part of the employees to serve their customers well.
