They will get your order wrong like they did to me two times in a row, and then act like it’s your fault for picking up the wrong order they gave you, then asked for a managers name and she hung up the phone, it wasn’t Bri it was the other female manager. I have been going here for 15 years and will not be back anytime soon. Zero stars would be better

Usually my food I get from here is fine but yesterday I got this pizza from Plainfield Little Ceasars and it was horrible I could only eat part of the pizza cause where there was no toppings was hard it’s crazy that this pizza was boxed to be served to a customer very disappointed as pizza is my favorite food and I spend a lot of money at this little ceasars

Been here many times always decent pizza. The new Crazy Puffs came out and I am happy to say they were pretty good, literally only complaint about them was just a little too greasy and maybe they could've been cooked browner. Overall pretty good and service is always great.

We ordered 2 hot to go items in person and were told it would be 10 to 15 minutes. So we sat inside and waited. 30 minutes in, i began to worry . The cashier who took my order was leaving , her shift evidently over, I then realized she never took my name or phone number for the order. Soon afterward, the cook preparing the order came out and announced the items in the order. We took our order from him and left. The food was delicious. I would have appreciated a word or two from the cashier as to the status of our order, or even an explanation why customers were being served from the "hot to go " holding oven as we waited. Or an update on our order before she clocked out and left. Even a name for our order would have been courteous. This just seemed rude and lacking in the customer service area. It was 2:00 or later when we arrived. They were not busy by any means.

Front door locked, says drive through only. No big deal, except when the workers hide behind the oven with all the lights on and music playing. Sat ringing the bell for 10 minutes before i gave up and left. I havent been ignored like that since high school dating. No wonder companies are failing left and right, these new teenagers are absolutely useless in the work force.

The breadsticks were terrible, they had no flavor, I think they forgot to put the garlic, parmesan and butter plus they were over baked! I usually love the breadsticks.

I just wanted to send a shout out to the crew tonight! I went through drive thru around 5 and the line was pretty long. When we got to the window, the young man was great! In a similar situation I could have seen myself being pretty frazzled, but he was calm as a cucumber. We got a hot and ready pepperoni pizza and crazy bread. It was literally the best hot and ready food we've gotten! Keep up the awesome work guys! We'll definitely be back!

Don't even go in there for their hot & ready. Although the doors are open. And their hot and ready is fully stocked. They'll outright refuse you service. And tell you to order online only. And mind you. This is during service hours, during the weekends. This has happened on more than one occasion. Absolute waste of gas and time. I'm going to Domino's instead for now on.

This location refused to make the Old World Fancironi Pepperoni Pizza, even though locations in Big Rapids and Mt Pleasant routinely do so. The Extra Most Bestest Pepperoni Pizzas we ordered were far below average in quality for what we have come to expect from Little Caesars. The toppings were not close to being equally distributed. How does that happen on a 1-topping pepperoni pizza? The pieces were also cut very haphazardly. In summary, sloppy and/or lazy preparation was very evident. We'll avoid this location in the future.

It’s Saturday October 28th, the lobby is not open, there is a note on the window that says online only. On the website and app payments can’t process. If you call and try to speak to employee it hangs up instantly…If the owner is interested in selling please reach out to me.

Owner needs to start taking notes from these reviews. Open and closed at random times and every single time I get an Extra Most Bestest Pepperoni there’s less pepperoni than a normal pizza would have. So over this location and it’s the closest to my house & job. I am Karen today.

My family’s experience at the Plainfield Little Caesars was disappointing. We don’t normally get frustrated with having to wait for orders, but after waiting for nearly 40 minutes simply for two pizzas and being told multiple times by employees that they were working on it, it would only be a few more minutes, and once being told they had not received our order after showing our receipt - the experience was upsetting. We have gone there several times in the past, and have always had wonderful customer service and fast orders, and it is unfortunate that one mishap with uncooperative employees ruined our chances of returning.
