I love long johns food and I’ve never left a bad review before, but enough is enough. I’ve drove 45 mins to get their food 4 times now and they have closed early every time. I’ve gotten there between 5-8 pm every time and they always inform me that they are no longer taking orders. It makes it really difficult to support you guys when your closing times are never the same. Also it extremely frustrating to work all day then drive a long way just to for your kitchen to close at different times everyday. Please update google with the correct time because it’s highly unprofessional even small businesses let there customers know there correct hour and when there closing early.

Went through drive thru . Was there for about 5 minutes , after they asked to wait a minute . When came back they asked if I could come inside to place order . I left . Will not be going there ever again .

I honestly had forgotten about Long John Silver's. But I'm so glad I remembered about it! The service was fast and friendly. The food came out nice, hot and tasty. I was beyond satisfied! The menu doesn't show a kids menu but when I asked over the speaker they said there was and named off the different meals. They had us pull up to to the walkway to get our food and even though it was snowing the good service attendant came out with our food with a big smile and wished us a wonderful weekend. My daughter loved her kid's popcorn shrimp and we both kept going on and on about how good the strawberry lemonade was. I was shocked at how huge the shrimp were in the $6 shrimp basket! Everything was tasty, there was plenty of food and it didn't break the bank. Couldn't ask for a better experience from somewhere I haven't been in years, thanks LJs!

Was not waited on. Stood in line for 10 min. When I asked to place the order I was told to wait yet they continued to take outside orders. I left after 15 minutes.

I'm sure they over charged me but I had already left. Was there one other time and the customer service person told me how to get a better deal. These people didn't know what they were doing themselves let alone trying to help a customer. Same place just different age and probably no supervision there either . I went through drive through and ordered one piece of fish and a full hush puppy order(2?). I think more ... Then paid more and got only 4. I think a full order is at least 6.
I hate their food.... But the atmosphere and staff were great.

I don't usually write bad reviews based on 1 visit, but this place is downright disgusting. The smell of burnt grease filled my nose as I walked in. I stood at the counter waiting for my pre-ordered food to finish cooking. I could see an employee at the fryer tending to the fried food. The smoke from the fryer oil rose to the ceiling and dispersed into the restaurant. The smell was rancid. I received my order in a reasonable amount of time and went home with my food. The smell from the food made my cat turn his nose up when I walked in the door. I opened the box of fish, chicken and shrimp. They all had a dark color crust which was not like crust I had from other LJS. The food was hot which was a plus. I took a bite of a shrimp and frowned at the flavor. Then I tried the fish. The flavor of the nasty grease infused the fish. It was awful! I couldn't eat my $18.00 meal. I didn't eat the cole slaw or corn because I was scared. The health department needs to visit this restaurant because the food is rancid and may be detrimental to our health. Not to mention what that nasty environment is doing to the employees health and lungs. I will NEVER go back to this restaurant and I advise you to heed my warning. YUCK!!
