A top choice for Mexican food in Grand Rapids! The staff is always so kind and attentive. The food is outstanding and always is hot/fresh. The menu is large with lots of great options. Bonus points for having a drive through option! Highly recommend if you’re looking for your new favorite restaurant.

Stopped in while my kid was at practice to find this place is a total gem! Service was attentive and quick, the tacos al pastor were on point, and the place was immaculately clean. All for a very reasonable price. Will definitely visit again! The only negative were the chips and salsa, which were both on the bland side.

Was super excited to visit and try the NE local food after reading reviews and personal suggestions. Upon entering the restaurant there was very nice decor inside and clean.
Sadly, that's were the excitement ends. The food was flavorless, cold and greasy/watery. The tomatoes and cheese had more flavor than the beans, meat, and homemade chips. Paid $48 and ALL of the food was cold and lacking flavor or seasonings in general. Especially the "mild salsa" salsa, it tastes like watered down pizza sauce. Nothing giving me a salsa taste whatsoever. Had a to-go order and the service was stale, and uninviting. First and last time we will visit. Tacos El Cuñado on Plainfield is where I will spend my money.

Cheap, authentic, and always delicious. They have anything you could want, and more dishes you've probably never heard of. I always try to order something different everytime I come and it's always delicious. But nothin tops their tacos. My favorite place for Mexican food on the north end. Definitely better than taco boy.
