I messaged the ahead of time and they had my stuff ready to go! Everyone in there was helpful and nice. Loved the extra stuff they have for sale too. Highly recommend checking them out for your meat needs.

Very first time trying this butcher! Excellent customer service! We purchased verde, chili relleno, and Oaxaca chorizo. All of them have such great flavor and were delicious. Also love the fact that they support local farmers! Highly recommend!

If you ever get a chance to take the sausage making class, I highly recommend it! I'm a home cook and love grilling and smoking, but haven't ventured into sausage before. This was a perfect primer and you learn a ton about incorporating your favorite flavors.

Thank you for making my Birthday extra special. We truly enjoyed the experience and taste of visiting the shop!

Stopped in for the first time over the weekend. The woman at the counter was extremely friendly and explained exactly what the shop does and where they get their meat. Very impressed I've been looking for a place like this forever. We ate the steaks last night and oh my goodness the meat is the best we have had in ages. Can't wait to come back and try more cuts do not pass this place by what a gem!?

Great place to get all kinds of Grass fed cuts! Especially the Grass fed beef liver which isn’t easy to find in Michigan. Also sell Kalonas Milk which is the closest thing you can get to raw milk as possible.

Bring your big person pants, this is serious butchery. Walk in, buy the ticket and take the ride. The cuts are amazing (ribeye, filet, skirt cuts, Cornish hens, duck, sausages.... BUTCHER BACON). Cyndi and Matt and the whole staff welcome you, they're awesome. Go here, now.

This is the place I have been looking for my whole life. Amazing is all I can say.

We got ground beef ( but they didnt say what the fat percentage was but it was alot when I got home to cook it down) and 2 steaks that tasted more like fish than actual beef. Staff was very nice and chill and they have some good pots/knives in stock but the meat didnt meet my expectations

Simply amazing and a blessing! LEB is perhaps a hidden gem. If you drive down Wealthy you may not notice a butcher shop and if you do, you might not think much of it. But you should, for here you can buy fresh, local meat, prepared by real people you can talk to (they're friendly, too).Beyond the carnivorous products, LEB carries a nice selection of various groceries and a fantastic wine assortment!Truly one of the best parts of the neighborhood.

Wow, the customer service was 10+. I specifically went in to buy fresh beef and lamb liver, and beef heart. Decided to get a couple lamb chops too. The lamb liver was cooked when I got home. It was amazing. Mild, tender..delicious !! Can't wait to try the rest. We will be back.

I absolutely love Louise Earl! I come every week to get lunch meat and then inevitably pick up a link or two of a fun flavor of sausage. Love how creative they are and never miss a chance to get their tamales-outstanding!

Best butcher I've ever been to. Top quality stuff and they recently expanded to sell alcohol and host events! Owned by a super nice local couple. This place is the bomb!
