I will not be going back to this location it never fails every time I visit in order they mess my order up I can order the $5 bag and it's always messed up and don't order some extra on a burger it's like you didn't even request it food always cold and some of the workers are terrible

Upon arrival I felt immediately unwelcomed. There was not a very large gathering at all at this location around peak lunch hour, which seems to be from a lack of customer service. I was watched, specifically as I put my order into the kiosk for my vanilla soft serve .š¦ The vanilla come was rushed in a rude fashion due to a deterance of a proper review of the facility. This restaurant location has some major issues, especially due to the lack of cleanliness I noticed as I walked in and had no opportunity for hand sanitizer. This area in the West Side of Grand Rapids is home to the Famous John Ball Zoo. Families shouldn't have to worry about poor service, their health, or food quality; neither should I have had to either. Very disappointed with the lack of care for their opportunities with McDonald's and the area of the city that this staff represents. Thankfully, it was a nice day in Michigan to eat my vanilla ice cream cone outside in the sunshine for this review.

I placed my order drive-through my food was cold The snack wraps was not wrapped. They was just thrown in the bag. The cheeseburger was cold like itās been sitting for at least five hours. I asked for a regular coat. I got a Diet Coke very disappointed in this McDonaldāsā¦.. Pay $12 and didnāt get what I ordered and fresh

they rarely make mistakes, but sometimes when you order a strawberry shake they dont clear it out well and the first 1/4 of the shake is chocolate. thats not cool

Got into a little accident in the drive thru when someone backed into me. The worker was extremely nice and helpful. He even came outside to make sure everything was okay after the fact.
Food was quick and warm. Our order was correct (only mayo and ketchup) and the food was warm, just made. Employees were clear and very friendly.

The weekday morning crew are phenomenal! Very friendly and dedicated to service! the afternoon weekend crew are garbage! They are rude, make you wait forever, get your order wrong and have no clue about anything on the menu.
