If I could rate this place -10 I would. Tried to order through the drive through tonight- first off it took 15 minutes before she spoke to us then when the woman working came on the speaker she was so disrespectful and rude because we couldn’t understand whatever she was trying to say. Sorry I don’t speak whatever abbreviated nonsense that was going past her lips. She’s hourly so she gets paid whether she’s disrespectful or not. Obviously this McDonald’s just wants a warm body to show up and doesn’t actually care- shocker for Grand Rapids area *not*

It's so unfortunate that this is the closest McDonald's to me. The staff has terrible attitudes and 2/3 of the time your order is wrong, or just plain missing items. When you charge $2.19 for bacon added and you don't add it on the three items maybe that should be your sign to hire employees that can actually read. Don't go to this location if you don't have to.

*And after a 5 minute drive home my 'Fresh Nuggets' were dried out and stone cold.
Received a message saying my carry out order I placed in the app was ready for pickup. Yet when I arrived I stood there for over 5 minutes before even getting acknowledged by a staff member. What their locations are doing now to protect their service times is immediately marking orders as complete and sticking the tickets to the screen. See included pictures. And when I finally was able to get the attention of the staff and ask about my order I was told waiting for fresh nuggets yet my sandwiches were in a bag on the counter. So I guess hot nuggets, warm fries and cold doubles. Over a 10 minute wait in total. Yet they will get credit for serving me in 1 minute.

So I just walked out of the Fulton Street location in Grand Rapids Michigan, because I waited 15 min while one worker was talking on the phone, another worker was outside vaping marijuana, and the other worker went to smoke a cigarette. What horrible customer service at this location and it gets worse and worse every time I go here, I started driving all the way to the walker street location, because they are on the ball and strive to satisfy the customers. Fulton Street needs to fire their employees and hire all new staff...no DEI hires, you need people who want to work for their paycheck. These people are only there for a paycheck and do not want to be there. Do better Fulton Street location in Grand Rapids Michigan. Period

This is a very well run McDonald's. The employees are great.They still have a soda machine outside in the dining room. We drive out of our way to go to McDonald's because it's such a pleasant experience.
