False advertising for being open 24 hours. Last 2 times ive come in while snowplowing, there has been an excuse of why they are closed. Still haven't got my money back from the mobile orders Ive placed. Either be open 24 hours, or dont.

Don’t ever order from here if you are expecting a complete order. I do McDelivery and they missed half my order. When I called, they told me I could come and pick it up but that was all they could do. Totally defeats the delivery pattern!!! Happens every time.

Placed an online order, two large smoothies not full and the medium fries are only half full. Includes the fries that fell out of the bag. Not sure how hard it is to fill drinks all the way or make sure the fries are filled properly.

My roommate and I were just up at this location and my roommate slipped and fell on a wet floor that had too much mop water on the floor and and an employee saw her fall and did not ask her if she was okay and did not help her up. She called up there to speak to a manager after we left and the kept saying their phone was breaking up and they could not hear her and then hung up on her. She called 3 times and got hung up on each time. So either something gets done about this or we take legal action.

Ordered before I even left the house. Got there and no one said anything at the drive thru speaker. Waited in line behind 3 other cars for 20-30 minutes. Did not have my food ready by the time I got to the pick up window. Fries were cold.

Food was ordered to not have cheese on sandwiches and all three arrived with said ingredient. Tags on sandwich wrapper said no cheese but whoever slapped them together didn’t bother reading anything so that’s nice.
