I walked in and ordered at11:17am and after finally getting my food at 11:51am I decided to write this review and let hopefully the owner know that your service sucks and maybe you should t have employees taking breaks at peak times of the day. I will not be coming to this location anytime soon. After expressing my disappointment with the wait time the 2 people at counter never even offered a sorry for the wait or anything. I was order 271. You should maybe retrain your leads and make sure they help the in restaurant people as well instead of telling the drive thru people they are doing a fabulous job. Very disappointed with your terrible service

Arrived later, around 10:30 PM. Drive-thru was completely backed up. Cars were taking at least 15 minutes each to submit their orders. After paying, the car in front of me had waited another 10 minutes at the least to get their food. By the time I arrived at the second window, there were 3 staff members chatting all together, only one of which seemed to be doing her job (The one in charge of handing food to customers). The lady who was supposed to be taking orders at the first window seemed to be more interested in talking rather than the backed line of customers in the drive-thru, considering she had made her way to the second window during this time to talk.

The food was okay. I mean it was fast food. It was hot and fresh when it arrived to my parking spot. Nothing bad to say about the service. And as far as the atmosphere, it's kind of located in industrial park sell more importantly, it was easy to get in and out of.

Went through the drive through, was a little slow due to it being late but that’s okay. I don’t mind the wait. But the food is always hot and ready. Customer service was good, the guys working were funny and kind. Not sure if it was an accident but in addition to my meal we got the new chicken tenders with the creamy chili sauce. They are REALLY good! Made my night 🙂↔️

I order 2 fries. One small one medium and blow frys awful. Why are you serving this crap? Both where 1/2 cooked and white not even close to golden brown. You should embarrassed.
