This MCDonalds is horrible. It didn’t even deserve a one star. I have tried over and over hoping that maybe THIS time it will be better. I’ve don’t this so many times and feel stupid for trying again. I work for a residential services and bring clients to places they would like to go to. EVERY SINGLE time our order has been messed up one way or another! Yuck to cold frys or stale fry’s!! Who wants them! And when I’ve asked for my receipt, which they should give automatically they say their receipt machine is broken. The employees are rude and careless too. Have they not been training customer service? The management was unhelpful also which is likely why the employees don’t care. With so many OTHER McDonalds and surrounding fast food restaurants the word must get around about how horrible THIS McDonalds is. I mean what’s worse than cold, stale fry’s and completely neglectful employees who don’t know how to give a receipt after purchase. Something is definitely fishy and the OWNERS need to know.

It was a beautiful McDonald's and a wonderful location. The staff though was very unfriendly and they got my order wrong and when I went to the counter to tell them I was greeted with a scowl. I will never eat at this McDonald's again the manager needs to be aware of their crew and their horrible attitudes.

Well just picked up an oder and they gave me two half drinks no ice they took forever to give us are food and like no hi thanks for coming by or anything . They look like someone shot they dog . Don't think that's shows great business ethics .

I feel bad even doing this, but this is truly the worst McDonalds. Everytime I come here, they forget food, sauces, drinks are wrong, are extremely slow and for the most part have an attitude. I understand that it is a stressful job, but it’s more stressful having annoyed people come in with wrong orders and having to redo that and taking care of new customers. I’ve also been charged wrong for orders and have received completely different food from what I’ve ordered.

I can not name a single time where they get my order correct. Ill give two examples out of many, I have ordered a chicken big mac and instead they charged for me the chicken big mac but gave me two single cheeseburgers and today as well I ordered a steak egg and cheese bagel which they charged me for but instead gave me a sausage egg and cheese mcmuffin. I dont feel like Im asking for a lot when I say I just want what I ordered.

This lady shoved 27 dollars worth of food into one bag , then when I asked why it was all packed Into one bag she caught an attitude and asked me if I wanted extra bags. No I don't want extra bags I wanted them to do their job. She closed the window in my face. As a former employee of fast food it's common sence to know that a certain amount of items go into each size bag. Bag accordingly or don't get mad when your called out on it. I rarely go here and it will stay that way !

First off charged me for someone else's order, then when got to pickup window tried charging me another 13 n change. Finally got food and drinks, ordered unsweet ice tea got piss warm I don't even know what it was. Food was cold, buns were hard. The atmosphere was complete kaos! Never again will I go here!

Brought food out to my car after 15 mins. Manager asked me what you order while on her cell phone. Other employee out cussing at each other because the orders were wrong. Food was cold etc. I’ve been to this McDonald’s several times and the food is never on time and the service is awful.

I waited 20 minutes for my order of a cheeseburger and small coffee. When I finally got them, the coffee was only lukewarm. I brought it back and they got me a new one (after waiting too long again), but it was also lukewarm, and did not have the vanilla or caramel syrups that were supposed to be in it.

I've been to this place multiple times. And every dame time my order is wrong. I order sweet tea they give me unsweetened. I say light ice the give me no ice. How many times have I've gotten home only to see I have no straw , alot. How many times have I've waited long periods of time because the person taking my order was talking to there frie ds or on the phone? Alot with the amount of unprofessional people who work there i don't know how this place makes money, they slow as hell and buckle under pressure. If I could give them negative stars I would
