The worst McDonald’s I’ve ever been to. Thirty minutes to get take out. Staff act like customers are a nuisance. Avoid.

First I came to the counter to ask if they could take my mobile code there, the lady was very rude and told me to just go to the drive through. Ended up using the kiosk and it took them 10 minutes to make my SINGLE frappe. Staff was rude and it took too long for what was ordered.

I ordered a cheeseburger and fry through the app with curbside pickup. When I arrived, I got an email saying my order had been cancelled. So, I got my baby out of the car and went inside to see what was the issue. We waited several minutes while several employees walked past without saying anything.

After at least 5 mins, an employee came to answer the phone right in front of where we were standing— still without even acknowledging that we were there waiting there. Finally, I asked for help and the employee couldn’t find the order so we left.

When I got back into the car to feed my baby, I got an email from McDonald’s asking if I’d like to reorder and still use the bday rewards— so I thought, why not- it’s my birthday and I’m already here- shouldn’t be another problem. So I ordered the cheeseburger and fries again for curbside and I put my lane # in the app.

10 mins go by, I haven’t gotten anything. 8 mins later, I got my app to refresh and it said to enjoy my meal. But, I didn’t get it!

So back I go in — hauling my baby out of the car again. With also a poor set up since we had to cross the drive thru traffic to get to the door.

Thankfully it wasn’t too long before a lady came up to help me. I told her what happened and she found the order on the shelf. I went to eat it in the car and it was cold.

All that to say- I’ll never be doing curbside here again and I will likely not be going to this McDonald’s again after this experience. I was so excited to splurge and buy myself lunch for my birthday but was super disappointed by the whole ordeal that was supposed to be simple.

Placed a mobile order, got to the window, she had to ask me what my order was, walk away and put it on the computer, then told me to park. Sat in the spot for 10 minutes while they’re not busy pushing cars through the drive through. Went inside and they forgot about my order. No apology no nothing. Gave me a bag then I got home and my food was wrong. Absolutely terrible. 8:30am on Wednesday August 9. These employees should actually be fired. McDonald’s needs to increase their standards. There’s someone out there in the city who would care enough to at least apologize when something like this happens and make it right.

This McDonald's is consistently BAD. The food and the service. Why do I go back.... I only do if I want something fast and don't mind terribly if it's made wrong. Not much to choose from in this peticular area.

Ordered a mobile order and got a Carmel frappe and 3 cheeseburgers (no onions). Got my drink at the window and they had 2 done but wanted me to wait at the pickup parking spot for 1. Took 5 minutes to make 1 burger and when I got them one of the burgers didn’t even have meat 😭 how do you make 2 correct but leave the meat out of a BURGER. Worst McDonald’s ever 😭
