The food is great, but it’s quite dirty and it takes FOREVER for your food to get served. Overall, the place isn’t bad, but other fast food places like chick-fil-a, and steak n’ shake serve their food much faster.
Inconsistent, which is the one thing a McDonald's needs to not be. Never know how long I'm going to be waiting for food, even with a very basic order. A Big Mac meal shouldn't take 30 minutes! Service varies greatly, sometimes you are left at the drive through speaker while other people slip through the other lane. If you are told in the drive through to pull into a waiting spot, expect to be forgotten.
Extremely slow. Fifteen minute wait for food is not uncommon.
A bit faster today, I made multiple orders so special orders were separate. One order got lost for a couple minutes.
