My first time in Michigan, on a business trip. Wanted some McDonald. It was about 10:20pm went through the drive-thru to order a guy told us to hold on because it was short staffed, which is very understandable. We patiently waited. He then came to the speaker and asked what did we want to order. I stated I wanted 4c meal Add Mac sauce, he didn’t ask us wether did we want it medium or large so I stated a large sized he then made a commented “omg really” afterwards I told him was ok because he has an attitude and I refused to eat anything cooked by someone with bad energy. He then said “goodbye have a good one” that is HORRIBLE customer service and I will never come here again!
Employees were incredibly Rude, Service was terrible and took forever. Food was terrible. Do Not recommend
Didn't think you could disappoint me again... but you did. Not open by 7:10am on Friday of holiday weekend?
I absolutely abhore this place. I will drive 20 minutes down the road simply to go any other location. They are rude as rude can be AND choose to laugh at customers in front of other customers. They will ignore you, lie and I guess simply not do their job? Crazy to see adults choose to do that in front of other customers. By they I mean their manager and henchmen. :)
Make sure you show up before 10:30am for your ONLINE ORDER you placed BEFORE 10:30am or else they will not make your food for you even though you paid beforehand. Honestly ridiculous, now I have to wait 2-7 days for the money to be refunded to my card. Terrible customer service as I hear the workers in the background laughing hysterically. Please save yourself the trip and go to a different location.
As far as McDonald's go, this one is NOT it. We ordered breakfast at 10:15am and expected it to be ready by 10:30. We walked in the door at 10:25 and got in line. We got to the front at 10:32 and the lady proceeds to tell us that they did not prepare our food and now that it is passed 10:30, they will not be able to make our breakfast. I explained that we ordered at 10:15 and thought the food was made when ordered. We also walked in the door before 10:30 but there was a line. The manager got involved and was anything but helpful. She explained that there is nothing they are willing to do and since we were 2 minutes late to get to the counter, they will not make our food anymore. When I tell you that this was one of the most frustrating experiences I have ever had at a McDonald's, I am not lying. I will do anything I can to never give this location my business again. They literally do not care about their customers at all... Do better.
This restaurant did not accept orders until half an hour before official closing time.

I've come to this and other McDonald's nearby and it's sad that McDonald's or any company can hire an employee who can actually do thier job the correct way. Can't make a buyer correct can't give out fresh food. Pathetic. Yall know very well that yall wouldn't eat the food the way yall serve it. And than when we complain about it yall wanna catch attitudes. Grow up. Don't like your JOB find another
Lmao 20 minutes for a mcchicken, fry, drink and burger.
Stopped in for cappuccino and large fries as I was just travelling and needed a snack. Fries were mostly fresh but did have about 15% that were in the bin for a while (a bit dry and salty). I would have taken the order back if I was dining in.
Dietary restrictions: Does have some healthy options. Could have your sandwich special ordered if you were wanting to exclude some ingredients (ie mayo or special sauce).
Wheelchair accessibility: Dining area does have some tight spots, depending on amount of customers/capacity.

So today I went into McDonald's. I wanted to order McChickens but I couldn't order on the kiosk because I only had cash on me. So dreadfully I had to speak with an employee. Now I say dreadfully because nowadays customer service has gone down the drain for fast food restaurants. I'm speaking with one of the employees and I am asking for the 25 percent deal . The man had to ask for my rewards more than 7 times but that was okay. We were both polite with each other and I told him I understood because I work in customer service, I understand computers can go down. Well now he needs a finger print from his manager he had to ask his manager 4 times for a finger print. The manager then speaks to him and he littles him in front of the customers , because this manager is on a power trip. So the employee just laughs off what the manager said. When he finally comes to do the finger print he has to do it a few times then looks at his employee with crazy eyes as if he is supposed to read his mind that it is fixed?! The employee then moves fast and looks at him because it is still not working.... The manager then gives me the eyes and then gives me an attitude because there's a bogo deal for the McChicken. I thought you could do either or. The coupon or the BOGO deal I was not aware that it naturally placed it on there when you ordered it. I told him he did not need to give me an attitude!! I was very patient and his employee and I were just fine. He said NO I CAN KEEP IT RIGHT HERE! as he is standing in the kitchen! I then told him yeah you can keep that attitude in the KITCHEN with his employees not me. I tell them I no longer want the order and he continues to speak his crap as I'm leaving ! He also has no filter with children . He gave the biggest attitude to my step daughter because she ordered from the counter telling her she needed to learn to order from a kiosk .. but there cash machine for the kiosk is broken so how is she suppose to order from there if she has to pay with money please McDonald's corporate make that make since to me!?. Thing is, he can do his job but he is horrible with customers!!you should not be speaking to kids that way or to customers in that manner !! NOR YOUR OWN EMPLOYEES. I APOLOGIZE that this is long and that is that I did not write down the whole story. But I had to write down this time.!

I go to this particular McDonald’s only for lunch breaks every day that I work, which is almost everyday. I have absolutely never had an issue with any employee, so imagine my shock and surprise when a manager themselves, shows me the most disrespect I have ever been given in an establishment in my whole adult life. This experience has tainted the food I ordered to the point I couldn’t even eat it. I ordered a Big Mac meal, did not ask me what size I would like it so she assumed I wanted medium, I wanted large so I nicely said “oh I’m sorry I meant to say large, but I did want large for the meal” this employee with clear attitude says “well you need to say that before you order the meal.” I was shocked she even said that because, , madam, this is your job. I said “okay well I am saying it now, I would like my meal to be large please” she said “no, pull forward” I was completely shocked but figured I would get answers at the window. I pull forward to the window, she says my total which was 14 something, and was not right for a Big Mac meal. No mention of the previous “no” to my meal size change or anything. I say “did you correct my meal?” She said yes with the most disdain I’ve ever heard. I’m just baffled that she had so much attitude when I truly did not deserve that. If you’re frustrated with your job, find a new one. This woman does not deserve to be management, I feel bad for all the young kids that are under her supervision there.
Kid-friendliness: Management that actually treats people with respect and kindness would go a long way. Kids sense when someone is a miserable person, and currently you have a very very miserable one running one of your stores.
