Jiminy cricket!! All this location has to do is deal with the drive-thru!! I once worked at two different McDonald's and if we were this inadequate we would have been seriously talked to, if not fired. They don't have to deal with stupid people in the lobby, or cleaning it, or anything to do with the lobby so this was very frustrating to see the ball dropped so bad. I have been calling the W Leonard location for over 2 and a half hrs. We ordered 2 chicken tomato mozzarella sandwiches and we did not get mozzarella on them! Very disappointed!!! I cannot believe your phone has been busy for over 2 and a half hrs!!! The chicken wasn't fresh either!
