I used the McDonald’s app and ordered breakfast. When I arrived at McDonalds, I was told I was too late for my order to be filled and that they were canceling my order and I’d be refunded within 7-10 business days. Here it is 20 days later and I still haven’t received my refund. I believe the manager pocketed the money.

Usually pretty good, just wanted to put awareness and hope that they are more careful with allergies. I was told no onion was in my cheeseburger, and I can tell they just scraped them off which caused me to have a reaction.

I bought my husband a Big Mac and he was so impressed with the quality of it. It totally looked like it had a fresh beef patty (not frozen) and he said it tasted so good. Service was slower than expected, especially when there was no line or rush or anything.

Just don't bother, this place is a mess. Doesn't matter to the apathetic staff how you order, be it on line, thru the app or in store prepare to be ignored. They don't watch the front...I've been in several times and you can't get someone to come to the front. They all hide in back while you stand there upwards of 10 min. Then when someone does acknowledges the CUSTOMER...they are rude! Every single time.
