I have been going there for years for my delicious diet coke. Last, Thursday morning I pulled up and I always take a sip before leaving. I tasted a cherry flavor. When I told the young girl this she said, "we got no cherry coke." She made me pull around and wait for another. Two other cars received their food . I finally went in and the morning manager just looked at me. The girl finally came around the corner and gave it to me. The next day I went back for a diet coke. I paid $1.90. When I got up to the window the same young girl told me, " there is no diet coke , do you want anything else?" I send "no, you can just give me my money back." She said, "you need to pull around". Which I had done the day before. I told her " I am not pulling around." She got the morning manager - who has no idea what happened the day before. When she came to the window she said, "they just need to change the tank, so you need to move around." I told her, I am not moving. How long does it take?" She said, " I can't tell you that but I am not opening my draw to give you back a $1.90" I just looked at her , while she shouted it a few more times. Finally, she comes back and hands me the $1.90. She said again loudly, " here's your money and the tank is changed..have a good day." If she could have told me how long it takes to change a tank. I didn't know if it was 1 minute or 1 hour. She was incredibly rude and barely let me speak. I hope someone can teach her about customer service.

I mean you shouldn't have your hopes up high anyway because it's McDonald's but we had asked them to put one of the meals in its own bag. Instead of separating the one meal they put all of the french fries in one bag and all of the chicken nuggets and burgers in the other bag. So we had to ask for an additional bag in order to rebag our own food because it was supposed to be divided up a certain way. Not a huge deal but still rather inconvenient and a simple instruction that was completely Miss understood and executed incorrectly. The food was pretty fresh so you can't complain there but it's McDonald's so you know you're getting what you pay for I suppose.

Just tried to order a burger, fries, and a strawberry shake. The male voice over the speaker said the milk shake machine was down. I laughed a bit too loud for his temperament. I said it always seems to be down, as if was a month ago, when I last tried to order here. He replied, "Sir, I don't appreciate your attitude." He then said he would not be serving me. Okay, I will never, ever order from this location again.
Never stop at this location for breakfast at minimum. Placed a mobile order for drive thru this morning and somehow the app order wasnt reading on their side (yes it was for this address) was told to come inside to get help. Went inside and tried to get assistance, the manager could be heard in the back telling the employee to check address and details. When everything was confirmed to be correct manger in back just said "tell him to order again, nothing i can do". The 'not my problem attitude' after what was 20 min between drive thru and this response is insane. Ended up with no food and having to go through corporate to try and get a refund. Abysmal service

It use to be a good place to go. Not sure what’s changed. But I ordered a 10pc nugget meal on their app. They took forever to acknowledge me in the drive thru at lunch time. They decided to take the person in the other lines order first when I had already been sitting there for a few minutes. Then I get my order my medium fry wasn’t even full and dark like they refried them and my nuggets were so crispy looked like they were refried as well. I’m just saying I won’t be coming back. It’s been happening a lot and they don’t seem to acknowledge their customers. I’ve seen them on their phones as well while they are busy.

Absolutely abysmal McDonald’s. I would sit for several minutes in the drive thru with no response. Circle around and try the other lane. After several minutes again, someone finally answered. I tried to place my order but was told they were on breakfast for about 1 1/2 hours. I told them the menu board was still on non-breakfast and he said “I don’t know what to tell you, we’re on breakfast”

The last three or four times I’ve ordered food from there. The order has been wrong every time, even though on the sticker on the sandwiches, it will say what I asked to take off the sandwich so you’re meaning to tell me on multiple occasions they put a sticker on it and on the receipt it states What was asked for and then they made the sandwich put the sticker on that says the actual instructions and then made it the wrong way every time all I asked for was no lettuce add cheese every time they messed it up and then the last several times I paid to get extra sauce because they never had the sauce in like they’re supposed to for my kids chicken nuggets so I paid extra to make sure that it got sent and again it didn’t get sent and then this morning I ordered off make delivery app and the order went through and less than two seconds later it said order was canceled so I called the store and they stated to me that they didn’t cancel the order. They didn’t even have an order like that that came through so I called the one 800 number and the first thing the guy told me is that the store canceled my order so I currently have $30 missing from my bank account that I have to wait up to a week to get put back in my account with delivery fees for DoorDash and everything the lady on the phone was very disrespectful. Trying to tell me we Didn’t cancel your order we didn’t even have an order like that come through yet another person without me even telling him what they said flat out told me that the store was the one who canceled my order, not DoorDash another time. I had DoorDash deliver my food and there was food missing from it, but the bag had not been open and when I called to tell McDonald’s that there was a 10 piece missing from the bag but yet the fry and the drink was there. They tried to tell me oh well then that’s something you gotta call DoorDash about for taking your food and I said no they didn’t take my food. The bag is completely sealed And it took a good two minutes for them to grasp for the fact that they were the ones who messed the order up and then one of the last times besides today that I ordered I ordered four meals. All four meals came but no four drinks. It’s common sense if you’re making a sandwich in a fry that there’s a drink that comes with it so I’m currently sitting here with my kids hungry having to order from somewhere else and having $30 missing from my bank account that I have to wait a week for their service has gotten worse and worse in the last six months to the point where I am now done ordering from them on any app and I’m done getting any food from their facility. I also used my points to get a frappe and my points aren’t being put back into my account even though I’m clearly not getting my order. They have not been able to get an order right for the last several months anytime my husband and I go in there!

Hands down the worst McDonald's I've ever been to. Dirty, rude, ghetto, poor food quality, poor service, and its not fast food when management and employees are playing games and having fun while I waited 20 minutes for anyone to acknowledge my existence. If you come here expect to wait. Even on good days the team here wouldn't beat a pack of turtles.
