Advertise open 24/7. Came here on 11/23 at 3 am and no one was answering the drive through.
sitting in the drive thru , employee going inside glaring at me , clearly waiting for a reaction and when i looked at her wondering what her problem was , she stared being rude then when inside cussing to to coworkers about it . i only came to this location by mistake because of the app, won't do that again.

Just keep driving to the next one, very rude late staff, meals put together poorly. Need to hire more staff or find new people. Seems like they refuse to wear hairnets while preparing food as well.

I have been going there for years for my delicious diet coke. Last, Thursday morning I pulled up and I always take a sip before leaving. I tasted a cherry flavor. When I told the young girl this she said, "we got no cherry coke." She made me pull around and wait for another. Two other cars received their food . I finally went in and the morning manager just looked at me. The girl finally came around the corner and gave it to me. The next day I went back for a diet coke. I paid $1.90. When I got up to the window the same young girl told me, " there is no diet coke , do you want anything else?" I send "no, you can just give me my money back." She said, "you need to pull around". Which I had done the day before. I told her " I am not pulling around." She got the morning manager - who has no idea what happened the day before. When she came to the window she said, "they just need to change the tank, so you need to move around." I told her, I am not moving. How long does it take?" She said, " I can't tell you that but I am not opening my draw to give you back a $1.90" I just looked at her , while she shouted it a few more times. Finally, she comes back and hands me the $1.90. She said again loudly, " here's your money and the tank is changed..have a good day." If she could have told me how long it takes to change a tank. I didn't know if it was 1 minute or 1 hour. She was incredibly rude and barely let me speak. I hope someone can teach her about customer service.

I mean you shouldn't have your hopes up high anyway because it's McDonald's but we had asked them to put one of the meals in its own bag. Instead of separating the one meal they put all of the french fries in one bag and all of the chicken nuggets and burgers in the other bag. So we had to ask for an additional bag in order to rebag our own food because it was supposed to be divided up a certain way. Not a huge deal but still rather inconvenient and a simple instruction that was completely Miss understood and executed incorrectly. The food was pretty fresh so you can't complain there but it's McDonald's so you know you're getting what you pay for I suppose.

Just tried to order a burger, fries, and a strawberry shake. The male voice over the speaker said the milk shake machine was down. I laughed a bit too loud for his temperament. I said it always seems to be down, as if was a month ago, when I last tried to order here. He replied, "Sir, I don't appreciate your attitude." He then said he would not be serving me. Okay, I will never, ever order from this location again.
Never stop at this location for breakfast at minimum. Placed a mobile order for drive thru this morning and somehow the app order wasnt reading on their side (yes it was for this address) was told to come inside to get help. Went inside and tried to get assistance, the manager could be heard in the back telling the employee to check address and details. When everything was confirmed to be correct manger in back just said "tell him to order again, nothing i can do". The 'not my problem attitude' after what was 20 min between drive thru and this response is insane. Ended up with no food and having to go through corporate to try and get a refund. Abysmal service

It use to be a good place to go. Not sure what’s changed. But I ordered a 10pc nugget meal on their app. They took forever to acknowledge me in the drive thru at lunch time. They decided to take the person in the other lines order first when I had already been sitting there for a few minutes. Then I get my order my medium fry wasn’t even full and dark like they refried them and my nuggets were so crispy looked like they were refried as well. I’m just saying I won’t be coming back. It’s been happening a lot and they don’t seem to acknowledge their customers. I’ve seen them on their phones as well while they are busy.
