I ordered through Uber eats a lot and my food is always fresh and rarely any mistakes. I love this McDonald’s on 28th.

Absolutely ridiculous! I was told to pull up because my food wasn’t ready, I sat there for 17 minutes! Yes 17 minutes! to get a fry chicken nuggets and a mcchicken. As those 17 minutes went by, I counted 13 cars that were behind me and instantly got their food. And when they finally brought mine out nothing was said not an apology or anything. Just handed me my food and walked away. This location is horrible do not ever go here.

Food is typical McDonald's food. The fries were hot and fresh. They forgot to put lettuce on my burger and charged me for it and didn't do anything about it. They gave me a hard time about getting an extra 2 ranch cups for my mobile order, which they are free in the app. So I had to go back around to order a couple ranch cups on my app so I could get them without being charged.

I received my order and immediately had condiments falling onto my lap. Not thinking much about it I drove home. As I grab the bag to go in, EVERYTHING falls onto the pavement. Whatever. I call them just to see if there is anything I could do. After politely telling the manager the situation. He rudely tells me it’s my fault I did not call the minute the food fell. He also proceeded to tell me that if I scrape the food off the ground and bring it back into the store he MIGHT be able to replace a few of the items but not all. Sure enough I scraped the soggy fries and splattered Big Mac off the ground for him.

Put the entire order in the bag!!! I am so sick of loosing money on their abject incompetence. I wish this location would just close down
So yummy! Me and my family went through the drive thru today for dinner. Usually, I get fries and a chocolate shake. I used to love the nuggets when I was little but over time, I stopped liking them. I'm a very picky eater so this is nothing new to me. This time, I decided to try them again. BEST DECISION I MADE THIS WEEK. So yummy! It was even better than I remembered. So good!

My fiancé bought me food from this location very late last night and not even 3-6 hours later I was experiencing food poisoning. Never had a problem with this location until today due to my quarter pounder making me ill later on.

Ordered through app, store never got the order. Money debited out of account. Went back to work without the food, and 2 hours later my order was "ready" for pickup. Requested a refund and had to wait 7 days to get the money back. While the app is not McDonalds personal problem, the way I was treated while trying to figure this out on my short lunch hour by the staff was incredibly rude.
