Literally the worst experience I have ever had at a McDonald's in my entire life. In general, I don't have very high expectations for fast food restaurants. I am not being dramatic when I rate this visit as 1 star across the board. The food was a complete mess. Whoever was working gave zero phucks and probably took pride in intentionally serving trash. Literal trash, I threw it directly in the trash and took to the web to let you all know to stay far away from this location lest you suffer the same fate.

Every time I’v ordered from this location for lunch or dinner something is always missing, wrong, or very poorly put together. Breakfast has been ok so far. Today my burger came with a burnt bun, and we got 9 nuggets instead of 10. That sounds so dumb and I should be thankful I have food to eat but it is EVERY TIME that something is messed up. Please PLEASE either re-train the staff you have or look for new Managment because it’s gotten a bit ridiculous

You never know what you're going to get at this location, sometimes the food is hot, melty, crispy and you get it fast and other times, like yesterday, I had to wait forever and the food was cold, room temperature at best and all dried out. The stuff was thrown together as if the guy was blind and only had one hand. Horable product and the prices are outrageous for the quality of food.

I decided to stop here and grab a quick bite before heading home. Probably the biggest mistake I made that evening. I waited in the drive-through for what seemed to be an extra long time. When she handed me the bag, she said be careful because the fries are hot. I pulled away and started on my way home. Munching on the fries. Sure enough they were hot. That’s what the wait had to have been on because it was definitely not on the cooking of my burger. As you can see from the pictures, my burger was completely raw. I took two bites out of it. Instantly knew something was wrong. Turned on the light and I immediately started vomiting. I was disgusted. It was a raw hamburger. I understand they were in a hurry, trying to get the cars through, but that is absolutely no excuse for this.

Amazing customer service for 2am! They know me by name at this point, and that's amazing. It's crazy to see how I brighten up their day just as much as they do mine. Only disappointed over the food quality. I got a crispy chicken patty- burnt- on my mcchicken. Normally I wouldn't mind, since the crispy chicken does cost more, but the patty was burnt. I asked for a cheeseburger with no pickle and extra onion and got just a plain cheeseburger. Didn't mind though, still tasted great.

It took much longer than usual at the drive through, which is not something I’d leave a bad review for if not for the fact that my mccrispy (part of an order for 3 people, hence the wait) was entirely wrong. I asked for deluxe spicy, no tomatoes. I received a TINY mccrispy pattie with very little sauce and ONLY tomatoes. Altogether very disappointing.

One of the friendliest McDonald's I've been to. The order-taker actually made me laugh with his quick-witted humor. A refreshing anomaly from other fast-food experiences.
There's a gym area indoors for kids to play on, and this restaurant seems to be larger than most.
Had to wait a little longer than expected to get a simple order of fries, but they were hot and fresh, so no complaints.

I used my reward points to order a large frappe, but when I got to the window, I was given a small. Politely, I mentioned, "Sorry, I ordered a large." The employee responded, "Well, that's what you ordered, and there's nothing I can do," then slammed the window in my face. I sat there, stunned, while I noticed an older lady trying to tell her that her behavior wasn't appropriate.
The manager eventually came over and told me I'd have to pay the difference for a large. I explained that it wasn’t about the money; the real issue was how their employee treated me by slamming the window. I refused to pay for another drink and told them they could keep it. You’d expect better customer service from a manager, especially after the employee’s behavior. This isn’t the first time they’ve messed up my order, and if zero stars were an option, that’s what they’d get.
