Feel like we got scammed. We ordered the Big Mac in the hopes of good value, however, nothing about it was big compared to the pictures. The patty, especially, wasn't even a whole patty instead it was a thin patty. It was a weak burger, was so soft and wobbly to the point where you can basically squeeze the whole burger with one hand. Lastly, there were no seasoning or sauce whatsoever and everything just kept falling apart.

Its mcdonalds we only eat here because its cheap and its all that anyone wants to be able to afford but they got expensive i noticed so i’ll prolly just eat steaks now its about the same price regardless. If this is referring to the one on Michigan avenue that place needs to be shut down they always playing games and being lazy/rude shoot even all the mcy D’s in all the hoods around gr know better

Wow, I walked in, maybe too upbeat, big ole good morning. Dirty look from Rasta, I did my order, 10 minutes later manager is asking about my food sitting on counter. Rasta just set it up there. I know sign language just communicate.Now I am stuck with a cold breakfast and hope the best for the guy.Good job by management by keeping it moving.C’ mon McDonald’s, you can do it

Someone tried to fight me in the drive through because they felt I hadn't pulled up far enough while waiting for my order. I guess it's not McDonald's fault but I feel like I needed to talk about it.

Fries were beyond cold no ice in the pop machine. Pop was flat. I would say it was the absolute worst McDonald's experience I have ever had won't be back no time soon ?
