Easily the worst McDonald's experience I've had. Long lines, rude staff, and they don't offer half the things for one reason or another. I still venture over occasionally, unfortunately no change. Lately I have to say

That was the worst service ever, got our 2 spicy chicken sandwich's and they looked like they were dropped on the ground. I had to wait forever for my 2 orders. My fries looked half eating and cold. The worst McDonald's meals ever.

I went here for breakfast on my way to work and they only filled my $5 medium smoothie up 2/3 of the way. I placed a mobile order and was the only customer in line. Would have returned it but didn’t want to be late to work.
Workers refuse to acknowledge customers if they need/want to order at the register. Customer service is horrible, the workers have attitudes, and the place is always disgusting. We will no longer be going to this location.

I don’t know what this place did to our food, but our food was disgusting.

Nobody who works here gives a $&@! To make sure you get what you order. Not sure how this place is still open…it seems like the employees want to give terrible service so they can be slow and continue to get paid for doing nothing… other than talking to each other and playing music

I just moved to Michigan and am new to the area. Me and my boyfriend thought that we were so lucky to be so close to everything in the area we live in and that the McDonald’s was only 4 min away. I have been to this McDonald’s only 3 times now and every single time I’ve had a bad experience whether it be food or service. They must not be changing the grease traps because the fries and food always taste like burnt grease, but we could have handled that taste. The reason I will not be going back is because of the service. I went this afternoon, I ordered a large Frappuccino with 2 extra shots, I got to the window and was informed that the person taking my order had put me down for a cappuccino, I can understand the mixup! I would never hold that against someone that would be weird. But I do not understand the attitude I was given when I said “oh I’m sorry, but I ordered a caramel Frappuccino, they must have accidentally misheard me, please allow me to pay for the mistake” and the person at the window that I was explaining this to rolled her eyes at me and told me that I ordered a cappuccino and shut the window on me… then the person proceeded to tell me that I needed to park in spot number 1 which was already taken by a car, so they weren’t even paying attention to where I’m supposed to be going. And I’m telling you heavy attitude coming from this person, like someone probably felt this persons’ aura like 3 miles away. Pop off tho because that attitude deserved an award for how much of a performance they gave me, after I was extremely polite, understanding, and accommodating as I always try to be. And I waited 30 minutes for my order on god, I was understanding because they were super busy, but I didn’t appreciate being treated that way. Shout out to the guy who gave me my frappe at the end tho, dude was super nice and accommodating! Should give him a raise!

My Big Mac had an extremely hard bun. I only took one bite bc it was disgusting. I called and complained but I was already over 10 minutes away and was told the only way to resolve the issue was to return to the restuarant. The reason we stopped at this McDonalds is because my wife is sick and we were on our way home from the hospital. I hadn't ate all day and was looking forward to my Big Mac only to find out the it wasn't edible. The fries sucked too. They weren't hot and had no salt on them. I would have went back but I had to get my sick wife home and pick up her prescriptions. I do not live near this McDonalds and I wasn't going to drive over 50 miles round trip to get refunded or have my meal replaced. I ended up going to Wendy's after taking my wife home and getting her meds. Very disappointing. Now I'm out $10 for a meal that I couldn't eat when I was starving from not eating all day.

Cannot put "validation code" from previous receipt in the kiosk. No menu board at the register. And it seemed pretty clear nobody really wanted to have to wait on customers. Ordered hamburger w no bun which did come that way and it was hot a all that, however no plastic wear. My coffee had so much cream in it it was barely warm. On the up side someone was sweeping and mopping the floors and appeared to be doing a good job so that was a nice surprise.

Never visit this McDonald’s if you’re in Grand Rapids. I have never had a good experience. My breaking point was waiting in line for 25 minutes for them to tell me they’re only taking door dash orders when I had already placed an online order at this location. They did nothing about this and there were upwards of 10 other cars forming lines behind me. If it is past 10pm don’t count on getting any food!

Trash!!!ordered a number 3 and they have you pull up to wait over 5 minutes when there’s no cars in the line for them to have the nerve to bring out cold dry fries, and look me dead in the eye and hand a bag over saying they’re fresh.
