The enviorment was clean and the staff were somewhat friendly but the service was awful! Thisxstore is severely short staffed amd people had been waiting 45 minutes to an hour just to get their food. By the time I received my food it was cold and nasty along with i had items missing from my order. This is a great location it just needs better staff!

Some of the worst service in the city. Waited 40 minutes in the drive through after pulling straight up to the order screen with no wait. Work couples all over each other play fighting and flirting rather then doing any work. But I guess nothing else is open right?

Went inside and wanted to pay with cash and no one was at the register and waited 20 minutes and told someone was coming then was told to use the kiosk but their kiosks don’t accept cash so tell me how that works?!?!

They are so rude at this establishment my fries tasted like they been sitting in used grease since 10am. The big manager with a nose ring and beanie is awfully rude she was talking about me to another employee like i couldn't hear because I wanted water.
