Wondering why i ordered this food as i sit for more than a half hour in the fast food drive through. This mcdonalds doesnt do fast food just slow food smh do better

love yall but I never get extra pickles lmao pls give me more than 4 I beg you, besides that food is always quick! I just use the app and grab it from inside, way faster than ordering on the app and still waiting the same time in the drive through

The kiosk malfunctioned but the manager came right over and happily made it right, even giving me a free Diet Coke, which we all know makes everything better! Also the staff was very friendly and the teenager cleaning the booths was very detailed and friendly as well. Hard working crew all around!

First come first served is what they used to say. Sat at the drive thru and was told to wait while They took orders for 3 other cars, meanwhile I was waiting to give my mobile order code. Would be easier to get my code than take orders of people who haven’t even paid yet.

If i could give a negative star rating i most definitely would. First time ever at this location. We went through the drive through, got to the pick up window and i heard the woman/manager in the blue shirt say get out of my line after i stated we didnt order a coffee the girl at the window handed me. Anywho finally getting what we thought was the order i drove off only to immediately park and go in. Any who i go in to inform them and was met with an instant attitude by the woman/manager in the blue shirt. Another manager actually came explained what happened...long story short old man in lobby was yelling for me to leave and shut up. Im telling the man im not speaking to you leave me alone. Mind you woman/manager in blue shirt is telling me to leave for telling the man to leave me alone. Every single employee walked around not sure of what they were doing. Another employee yelled at me and told me relax were working on it after asking politely if they was getting our order. Mind you no one told me they were getting it. Never again after being treated that way from managment as the man in the lobby was harrassing me and nothing was done. Wrong irder, paid for someone elses order, cols food. Worst Mcdonalds of my life time. Just pitiful.

Early morning coffee.. good service, prompt service
Ordered a double bacon quarter pounder meal. Forgot the fries and forgot the bacon. The burger was greasy as all hell, a pull of grease was on the bottom of the box.

food took like 20 minutes and they forgot the patty on my burger twice, then they got mad at me bc i “ordered it that way” (who orders a burger with no patty?) and when i came back they forgot all my sauces that i paid for this place sucks

Hands down the best customer service I’ve seen at a McDonald’s! I called to place a very large pick-up order of 39 happy meals and Travis was great. He was very friendly, and made sure the order was complete- even with all of the special requests. The order was ready at the time of arrival, him and a few other staff members even carried it out to the car for us. We were very pleased with the service we had! 10/10!
