This restaurant is not worth coming there, the enchiladas are burnt, everything black looks like it was wiped on the griddle and the shrimp ? smelled ugly, the plates are very dirty, it is nothing like what it looks like on the menu, it is not recommended.

The food is very burnt, the drinks are very ugly, the dishes are dirty. The truth is, it is the worst restaurant I know. I don't recommend, oh, go, that restaurant.

The shrimp was so bad got sick right after eating it. As soon as I bit into it I could tastes how bad it was. The tacos we're the worst I've ever had. You could smell the food burning while the lady cooked it. Can't believe I Paid over $40 for it. I should have just walked out, Way over priced and not worth it. They are going to kill someone with their seafood. Hope the health department shuts them down.

So I love that this place offers fresh corn tortilla made by hand, and I love their shrimp gorditas. Unfortunately, this last visit, my tacos were cold. The meat was cold, like if they didn't make it fresh. The place always looks dead, hardly any customers, so if you're looking for a place where no one will see you, that is the place. They don't offer any chips with guacamole/salsa ever. They just don't have that. I ordered horchata, and I actually had to return it because it had an awful taste. I'm not sure if I'll be a returning customer at this point.

Yummy food! Homemade tortillas and everything made is very authentic. Inside is very outdated & the menu online doesn’t show everything they serve. But the food is delicious so I don’t mind and will continue to go.

I have dined at this establishment for over 12 years! My entire time in the great city of Grand Rapids. Her and her husband both know what I order and that is very satisfying.

I'm a little surprised by the bad reviews here. It's definitely not a high end fancy restaurant, but our food was tasty and served quickly. The parrillada al estilo Mi Tierra came out on a hot grill plate and the protein (beef, chicken, and shrimp) was cooked really well. With the tortillas, rice, beans, and veggies that come with, it's adequately filling. You can pay up at the counter when you're done. I want to try their buffet next time!

I specifically asked for NO ONIONS on my tacos and a side of rice .. I got 3 tacos full of onions and no rice… and then when I brought it to the servers attention he was very rude about it… needless to say I did not get anything from these rude people! 0/10 don’t recommend
