Service was great, nice variety and options to pick from. I have eaten here 3 times over the last several years. This time, the boneless wings were poor quality. Like the kind you get from a kids meal at Burger King. Not real chicken but the mechanically separated stuff. Can't justify the cost if that's what you get.

So as I said in the video, I had a burger from the wing place. Is that fair, kinda not. BUT, if you have it on your menu, you should still have a good product going out. This frozen Sam's club burger patty was DISGUSTING🤮. Yes I ate it, because my momma taught me that if I put it on my plate I better eat it. Plus, $7(almost $9 w/tip) for a burger is not that easy to throw away. I'm getting tired of the stereotypical "hood" joints being so unorganized and tacky. Just because your target market is low income people doesn't mean our standards are lowered. You go into a chick fa la or starbucks or Culver's they are clean organized and well managed. Why because we are not their target market. Have some pride about your business, do better. So back to directly Mike's wingys..Lol. No I will never go and try the specialty item of wings. You terribly failed at a simple burger. Please do better, I'm begging you!!

I’m writing this review because of the young man at the front counter. He was incredibly polite—saying ‘Yes, sir’ and double-checking my order every step of the way. You can tell he’s a hard worker by how he treats customers. Honestly, whatever you’re paying him, it’s not enough.

I’m rating a one star because their online shows that they are open until 10pm on sundays.. I’m currently writing this review at 8:49pm.. as I called mikes wings to place an order the young lady who picked up the phone states “we are currently closed, how may I help you?” I say “it says online you guys are opened until 10pm today.” She then tells me “I don’t know what time we close this is my first day” then hangs the phone up on me. Mind you the first time I called no one answered. I assumed they were busy so I just called back and this is when the rude New employee responded with this.. not great customer service.. also if they do close early at this time it’d be nice if it was updated on websites and things of those sorts.. and maybe a little extra training for the “new employees” on how to treat customers! 😁

The best wing place ever. I love the spicy garlic sauce. So much minced garlic and the taste is amazing.
Overcooked wings bone-in were leathery in appearance and dry. Couldn't rip some of the meat off the bones. No dipping sauce. Fries were hot, but soggy. It's really an order and go place. No service or atmosphere to be seen.

My husband and I have been getting take out from Mikes for over 3 years. We consistently ordered the same walk-in/ call-in special at least once a month. The food is decent. Most of the time the wings are amazing, though over the last year our order became inconsistently bad.
Sometimes the wings were over cooked, sometimes they’d be cold, or under sauced but when we’d say something staff always remade the food.
Around April or May of 2024 we started getting told that this special doesn’t exist. We’ve been called names by staff, told they didn’t know what we were talking about, and hung up on.
The last time we tried to order, most recently in October of 2024 the staff said the website is 10 years old and they don’t honor any deals or prices on their menu.
That just doesn’t make any sense. It’s 2024. If you have a business and a website marketing that business, you should have a current menu. Feels a bit bait and switchy.
I understand that finding quality staff has been a challenge here, but this is an owner issue and at this point and it feels like you’re cheating your community.
Update your website with a current menu or honor your online prices.
The food is decent, but the website/pricing issue and rude staff is a no-go for us.
