I visited this establishment for the first time today and ordered a supreme sub with no onions and extra mayonnaise, which was prepared exactly as requested. The individual who took my order over the phone was courteous and pleasant. The quality of the food was exceptional, and we plan on revisiting in the future.

The owner was extremely rude & condescending. Kept making remarks under his breathe, we decided not eat there because of the terrible customer service & the plethora of spiders everywhere. The place didn’t seem sanitary. Would not recommend to anyone.

I felt guilty calling for a take-out order so close to closing but they were super kind and let me sneak my order in before the cutoff time. The pizza was delicious! I'll definitely be ordering from Mineo's again!

Mineo’s pizza consistently has awesome cheesy pizza which is hard to beat!!! I don’t usually eat pizza but when my husband brings Mineo’s pizza home, I plan on eating one but end up devouring much more!

Doesnt matter where ive moved to in west michigan I ALWAYS still end up making the trip over to Mineos a few times a year. It is the best pizza ive ever had. Sauce has a little sweet taste to it, they are generous with toppings, and the bread is the perfect amount of crunch. It’s been the same family and people working there for the last 20+ years and im always happy to support local businesses. Carry out pizza place so dont expect anything special in the waiting area. The ONLY thing that leaves to be desired in my opinion is that the crust can be left on the cutting floor. Just no flavor there. That being said though. Still my favorite pizza ive ever had and when continue making the drive over. PS - be weary of some of the reviews. Going through people literally giving the address of different pizza places and condemning this one. People are so dumb smh

Absolutely horrible . I ordered Door dash 2 wet Burritos and the cheese was burnt as well as the sauce taste burnt and like a sweet bbq sauce . I called Mineos on 84Th and Byron Center terrible customer service and the General Manager advised me to call Door Dash for a refund when it was the quality of the item that was bad not the way the item was handled. I will never order from this awful place again.. absolutely disgusting

Very slow with mobile order and delivery orders especially third party orders. Everytime I come here I end up waiting at least ten minutes. We are not getting paid to wait, we are losing our on pay.
