Called the manager, Otis, who told me that’s how they do things. Wow! I’m pretty regular with my order and this has NEVER happened before today. VERY DISAPPOINTED! Manager was extremely RUDE when I called.

First time trying Mr Burger and loved it! Did a double burge combo platter with fries, coleslaw and a drink. Burger was tasty and watching them make it right there was great. Crispy fries! So good I went back the next day for breakfast. Killer breakfast! Had the combo platter with eggs, bacon, toast and their famous american fries.....yeah they are great!. Place was hopping and i know why!

Slow and not organized in taking and filling orders, fries great, hamburger sub par to other Mr Birgers
Not sure what has happened to this place. We got 2 delux bacon cheeseburgers. One came with no bacon, both had a razor thin pattie with very little flavor. It was closer to a tomato and mayo sandwich.
