Ordered a late night pizza on August 31st. Never have I waited so long for a pizza that was absolutely terrible. I didn’t even eat one entire slice when I got back to my hotel. Waste of $26. Not to mention, the employees were rude as hell. I literally felt pressured to leave a tip! A tip for shitty service! A few customers just walked out without their food.

I would give them zero stars but, I have to give 1 star to write this review. They did put forth effort to make my pizza an hour after I ordered it. I waited in the lobby. There were very few customers. The employees where "high" or "intoxicated" but just my own speculation because they reaked of intoxicants and weed. The guy went and took a poop in the lobby restroom for about 25 minutes before getting out to make pizzas for the waiting customers. It was quite gross. They would wait to give people good service based on weather or not they tipped them. Which was odd because they were giving out crappy service to people that tipped. The people that didn't tip, didn't get service. Even making the statement "people that dont tip dont get served". It was horrid. 3 people walked out at different times while I waited patiently, kindly, and quiet. Luckily I tipped because it's custom. I wish I could get my tip back. I want my money back. I paid $25 for a breakfast pizza that didn't have the right ingredients on it. And I'm not certain but I'm almost know for sure that they chopped up a yellow sponge and put it on my pizza. Yes. You read that right. I almost threw up. Don't order from them. They waisted my time and money. They made a joke out of running a business.

We are not from Grand Rapids , so we thought the Mr. Pizza brand that we knew well from southeast Michigan was now in G4and Rapids. Unfortunately, this is not the case. This is an independent pizza place, and not a very good one. We waited over an hour for a pickup order of a small pizza and bread sticks, after being told 30 minutes over the phone. The pizza did not come with extra cheese as ordered, cost 30 plus dollars? And had doughy crust and uninspired toppings. I would not recommend it to anyone.

I placed an online order on June 18th. No one was there when I arrived to pick up my order. Called back the next day, but there was still no one there. Finally talked to someone on the 20th. She said she would contact the owner. They were out of town and would call me. No phone call back called on the 20th was told I was getting a refund in 3 to 5 days. Called back and talked with Kelly again! Let her know I still had not received a refund she again said she would let the owner Susan know. Was told Susan would be in later that day. No call, no refund, no food 12 days later!

The manager that was there Is very rude and impatient. I didn't know I was supposed to ask for cutlery for my food I asked if I was supposed to and she treated me like I knew when I didn't. It also took over an hour for it to get here.

I had an order of Lasagna delivered to my home, it was hot as well as delicious. There was even real beef in it! It is the best Lasagna in the whole of Grand Rapids. Have a taste for Lasagna, you have got to try Mister Pizza!

Please call these guys up, drunk as hell at 2:00 in the morning... Order 5, 24 in pizzas. But they didn't realize is, they were serving to bands like, Metallica. Aerosmith, Elton John. Christina Aguilera, Clint Black, Kenny Chesney. Anytime I've been in the vicinity where somebody has been asking for, food after a show.. this is the number one recommendation. I know, at one point in time, pantera's tour bus was parked in front of this place, while we fed them, and their crew. And these guys were always, top notch... They kicked out the same product. For the same people, no matter what. And their delivery, late night, as always been top-notch. Those guys are truly the heroes of the industry. You don't have to be Rockstar to get Rockstar treatment here. Been going to this place for over 30 years. Definitely, one of Michigan's best!
