I come two to three times a week, and by my third visit, the waitress Mandy already knows what I order and how I like it. She's the best waitress I know.

Friendly waitress, manager was rude when we sent the food back because the hash browns were burnt, bacon was dry and burnt, no icing on the “warm iced cinnamon roll” that was also cold, waffle was ice cold. I was told “well, they usually don’t warm the strawberries on the waffle unless you ask”….. so, you put frozen strawberries on a warm waffle?? 🤨 I never bother to write google reviews but this was bad. Don’t recommend

I like the smaller diner style restaurants, the food is always good. Here was no exception, even my plate was hot lol. Nice sized portion, I took maybe a 3rd home with me. The ladies working the floor had good energy, you can tell they work together often.

My go to place for breakfast. The food is good, the service is good, & their are many locations in the greater Grand Rapids area to choose from. The restaurant is clean & the atmosphere is pleasant.

Nothing fancy or pretentious here but if you want your basic diner breakfast items you're all set.
The biscuits and Gravy with 3 eggs over easy (Black pepper & hot sauce of course) is a nice staple.

Service was a little slow and absent. The waitress never showed back up to refill our drinks or ask if we wanted anything further until she brought the bill, but the food was excellent.

My husband had French toast and bacon and I had the Greek omelette with raisin toast. They were both delicious and service was fast and friendly.

The ham and cheese omelet with gravy and biscuits were delicious. The staff was very friendly and efficient. I highly recommend this diner. Had many great options.

Everything about this place is great! Fast, friendly and attentive service plus the food is amazing.

Huge shout out to the Head Cook who covered our bill (unsure of her name) and our waiter Jayden! Our food was hot and amazing, service was great and super fast! I love New Beginnings, but first time at this location. Definitely recommend!
