The food was great. Smelled and tasted so good. Good deal for a family meal as well. My food was ready in time, I guess I waited for 2-3 minutes. I, will definitely come back

We had a senior all-night party after graduation last night with 50 kids. We had ordered and paid 24 hours in advance with a different place, only to be called 7 minutes before pick up time to be told they weren’t going to fill the order and decided to close early... It was almost midnight and we had no idea what to do. Stopped over at New York Fried Chicken and they happily took an order of 150 whole wings and a ton of fries. Ready in 30 minutes. They saved the night!! And the kids LOVED the food!!

I spent $56 on chicken wings at 12 piece and a chicken sandwich and the wings are completely small and the bun for the chicken sandwich is huge. Meanwhile, you get a little piece of chicken with a sliver of tomato. I asked the guy how long the wait would be and he looked at me I’m completely ignored me and act like he didn’t hear what I had to say. The service is poor. The food is trash, not to mention when the guy was giving me my food at the counter. He looked right at the cooler at the desserts, knowing that I purchased two banana puddings and then handed me my food and tried to tell me have a good night, knowing that I purchased them desserts and I told him he owes me two banana puddings and he looked shocked like “oh yeah” which then I replied, he knew he owed me two banana puddings and he had nothing to say the dude is a straight scam artist the food is trash. The customer service is poor not to mention they are straight and rip off almost $60 I could’ve chopped my own potatoes and hunted my own chicken. This place is pathetic. This is Michigan go back to New York with your bullshit.!!

I’ve been here a few times this past year since I moved here, tried different things with my mom, and they’re always good spirited and the food is good every time. They even delivered during a snow storm. They get five stars for that alone!

Worst experience ever!! Ordered my food at 2:28am and said it was gonna be delivered at 2:57am. It’s 4.02am and still no food!!! Spent almost 50 bucks!! Shit was not worth it. Never got a call, or text about it!! NEVER
