Didn't notice larger chicken portions were undercooked as they were on the bottom of the container, marinating in pink slimy discharge from the pieces , paid for it with 4 days of severe abdominal cramping.
I never experienced this issue with the hall st location, however this was on 44th Street.

If you want dry, reheated, nasty, hard, overpriced chicken, then this is the place for you... and you can only get a small fountain soda if you get a combo meal... I only went here because my best friend ate at a New York Fried Chicken restaurant in NYC, and loved it... so she was excited and thought this food would be just as good, since it bears the same name... wrong and disappointed...this place is nothing like the one in New York... we ended up throwing it all in the trash...a complete waste of time and money

Recently went in to buy a 15 piece chicken. Came away with 10 drumsticks (1 breast and 2 thighs). Guess that's a good deal if you consider paying more than $2.50 for chicken legs. Been going out of my way for their chicken. Needless to say, won't be going back ever again!

I went to this place after going Four Brothers last nite cause they were closed . I ordered a 4 piece chicken with fries & 2 pieces of catfish filet the chicken was old must of been sitting there awhile fries was nasty & the catfish wasn't gd at all

ordered on the app for delivery at 930 pm. i called at 935 for an update and the woman that answered told me to shut up and said i never placed an order. i asked for the supervisor, she refused. i told her to give me someone else, in which she did however, she kept responding to me and continued to tell me to shut up. they lost my order. we wont order from this location again, and we never had issues until tonight. whatever group you have working at 930 pm on 6/14 needs to replaced.

My daughter got a chicken sandwich and fries June 1st 3025 around 10 -12 pm it was supposed to be just lettuce and mayo on it and their were tomatoes and onions on it they said they were going to send another order but right this time and I waited a hour called back and they told me I would have to pay delivery charges she really wanted one so I did it and they didn't bring change for a$20 but something was wrong with the food she won't stop throwing up now I'm going to take her to the hospital in the morning because something has to of been really wrong with that sandwich I tried some and I feel sick to im sure she has food poisoning from what I have smelled and seen delivery drivers smell like weed and are not in work atire I will never get food from them again!!!!!!
