I absolutely love the original New York Fried Chicken at Wealthy and Division in Grand Rapids, MI. This is NOT the same. I’ve done pickup twice and just had delivery. Every single time, stuff is missing or messed up. The food is also semi-warm and missing flavor. I despise writing bad reviews. I recommend driving to the original NYFC instead (not affiliated in any way with them).

Called to place an order guy who answered could barely speak English, asked if they had any chicken specials he just stayed on the phone breathing I hung up and called back I asked for 10 pieces of chicken he kept repeating 9 pieces…didn’t even order

The place is truly trash I called 3 times and was just left listening to their conversation and hung up on. When I went there the workers were filthy in dirty socks & flip flops. I wouldn't eat there unless I was purposely trying to get food poisoning. The place should be surprise inspected honestly.

This a small store attached to a gas station. The food is overcooked ( I got the shrimp, mushrooms and potato wedges) The seafood sauce, which you pay extra for) looked like red chunky water. They have a poor selection of sodas. The chairs were all stained and worn out, the floor was dirty and littered. The condiments table was a mess. Hopefully the main store near Horrocks is better.
