Dining in I’ve never had a problem but takeout they always seem to short me food. 4 pot stickers in the whole container? This has happened twice

noodles and company has been a favorite of mine for almost 20 years. The menu has improved to include even more delicious options like stuffed tortellini and the garlic bread is so simple but still so much more flavorful than other places and not dry like elsewhere *cough cough olive garden* and although the food is much more satisfying than fast food it's not that significant of an increase in cost. I also appreciate that they are open until 10 PM since I'm often not able to get anywhere until late evening so I will continue eating here and if you're sick of burgers or pizza like I currently am, then Noodles and Company is a very affordable deviation from that.

Normally I have no problem with the food at this location but today I received my pad Thai and it was horrible. The eggs were burnt burnt which gave the whole meal an awful taste. My sister received the steak stroganoff and her steak was burnt.

The staff at East Beltline, Grand Rapids, MI is terrific! I ordered the Korean Beef Bowl and my husband ordered the Buffalo Mac. The wonderful woman at the register warned me that it was spicy, and it's excellent. Plenty of fresh garnish on top, very visually appealing. My entree was a little "soupy", so I'd order it with half the amount of sauce next time, but that's a personal preference. The staff was warm and genuine and made us feel like valued customers.

This was an amazing experience!!! Rice krispy were so gooey and soft!! I love this place!! Workers were so nice and helpful! I will definitely be coming back. ?

Got the pasta fresca with shrimp. Solid choice. Do recommend.

The food was insanely expensive, and quite frankly, it was mediocre at best. We had various meals, and none of us were terribly impressed. Pasta is intended to be an inexpensive meal but this was anything but. 0/10 wont be back.Edit: I almost forgot the worthless paper straws that disintegrated before half of the meal was gone.

Staff was very pleasant and kind. The restaurant seating area and bathrooms were dirty. Was there shortly after opening. You could tell nothing had been cleaned from the night before, tables left with food bits on them, not wiped down, floors a mess, bathroom was just plain gross.

I don't know how you guys keep doing it, but this company has had me HOOKED since 2013 when I first visited this location. I've always walked into a courteous and polite atmosphere, the noodles are delicious (everything from their buttered noodles to their chicken pesto and Thai). I will definitely be recommending this establishment to everyone I know.
