Great Fried rice

This restaurant offers a wide variety of authentic Korean dishes. The food was truly delicious—especially the japchae, fried rice, and fried chicken, which were all outstanding. The flavors were rich and satisfying, and I thoroughly enjoyed the meal. I definitely look forward to visiting again next time.

Never been to this place before, what a hidden treasure. I got the 8 piece leg and thigh with semi hot sauce. Holy shit, this food was awesome and I have worked in the hospitality industry for 40 years. Not only did it hold up well in my oven, on to keep things warm, 30 minutes later,ya like you all I have stuff to do when I get home. But it was still moist and tender and sauce was awesome, just enough kick but no regrets in the morning 😉 lol. I'm going back every chance I get. Service is polite, friendly, and I like to support small businesses. I'm Charlie just saying.

I came here for the first time with a friend; the food was authentic, and the employee was friendly. I brought my bf back to introduce him to this place. We sat at the table, which I didn’t like, so we switched to the corner instead. Then, the owner (I believe) came out and told us that we were supposed to sit at a different table, and asked why we switched to a different spot, and stated that the table is for 6 people instead. Mind you that there’s also another table of six available, and they can combine the tables to make it fit for 6 people. He made us pick up our stuff and move to another table. It’s my last time coming here!! Drove here for 25mins and got horrible experience, did not have a great time or moment to enjoy the food. Never again!

Some of the best chicken in Grand Rapids. Had the soy garlic and sweet/mild. Delicious! Dumplings were great. Bulgogi plate is my wife's favorite.

My husband and I discovered this korean restaurant when I was looking for a place to eat in Knapps corner area in Grand Rapids. It was very clean and comfortable. We were greated by a gentleman that was very kind and helpful. He explained some of the dishes to us and then left us to look over the menu and decide. My husband got the Teriyaki Chicken bowl and I got the Japchae with sweet potato noodles and chicken. Both dishes were excellent. My husband also ordered kimchi, it had a nice kick to it. We took and order to go of the Teriyaki chicken for my sister who was working and could not join us. She also said it was excellent. We did say afterwards that we should have ordered some Korean chicken but that will give us an excuse to go back. I would highly recommend this restaurant.

Excellent food, great atmosphere
Did have to order an extra side of rice for the chicken teriyaki bowl to get the ratio of rice to protein I prefer, but it all tasted amazing, great staff

We had been here a few times before. Previously, the food and service was excellent. This time, the food was lukewarm and the service was not optimal. The ambiance is brightly lit, like a hospital cafeteria, but it’s always been that way. The redeeming quality was the food and service. Both were missing their mark on both counts; very disappointing.

We found it ridiculous that they were unable to separate do an order of all legs? And you had to have thighs and legs. That was the first thing the kimchi was some of the worst kimchi I have ever had? It churned my stomach. I'm happy they had the palate cleanser, or I might have gotten sick. How bad is it? When the radish is one of the best things that we ate i will have to give props for the dumplings spot on and phenomenal. I have also included a picture turning there japchi into the monster that it tasted like, absolutely atrocious, no flavor no sauce,

Delicious! I ordered the "Bibimbap" which is kind of like fried rice + a bunch of vegetables & other stuff added in. This tasted SO fresh and flavorful, just a joy to my taste-buds. It's been a long time since I've had a restaurant dish this good. Highly recommended!
