I love these cakes and the store is super cute. The staff ALL come out and just stare at you while you're trying to make a selection. I felt like I was interrupting them. Uncomfortable.
100/10, great customer service! I accidentally placed a pick up order at the wrong location, but the owner Scott & the Grandville team were able to quickly help me resolve the issue. I needed a Thank You Gift for a group of people and ordered a white raspberry chocolate Bundt cake. The website is easy to order from, they delivered on time and the cake was excellent. I was even able to personalize my card and add a thank you flag. Thank you for making my “thank you” so easy. Will definitely use again.
